What started as emergency repairs quickly became two full bathroom renovations, new flooring, additional fixes, and an elective partial kitchen refresh we'd always wanted to do. From my very first call with Victor to the check-ins we still get after completion, Valleywise set the bar very high. We spoke with multiple contractors, and some barely gave us the time of day. My gut said Valleywise, and I'm so glad we trusted it. They started immediately and executed on a very tight timeline without cutting corners. Because we were out of state, I needed a team I could rely on completely. Victor and Alma delivered above and beyond. I am a self-admitted perfectionist who asks a lot of questions, wants frequent photo updates, and frequently changes my mind at the last minute. They handled every single thing with patience, clear communication, and real care. When decisions had to be made, their recommendations were spot on. The craftsmanship is excellent, the finishes look fantastic, and the house finally feels like the polished, guest-ready home we imagined and are proud of. Highlights: - Immediate start & on-time delivery: they started right away and met a very tight schedule. - Exceptional communication: proactive updates, fast responses, and helpful photos/videos. - Trustworthy project management: they coordinated everything seamlessly while we were remote. - Quality work: both bathrooms are gorgeous, the kitchen refresh is exactly what we envisioned and more, and the flooring/install details are excellent. - Follow-through: they didn't disappear after the final payment; they still check in. If you're looking for a contractor, stop looking and go with Valleywise! We absolutely loved working with them and would hire them again without hesitation.

I had a great experience with Tyler! I told him exactly what I wanted for our current project and…read morehe went through multiple manufacturers till he was able to source exactly what we wanted. We didn't need to change or compromise on our wishes to suite what was easily available. He listened and didn't try to sell us on things we didn't want, just simply said that he would make it happen and he did. Mind you, we had already gone through 4 other contractors that said our plan was too difficult to pull off, or that it would be months before they could get what we wanted and tried to move us to options with a quick and easy turnaround time with many of the things we wanted left out. And ladies, I'm sure you can appreciate this, he didn't ask to meet with my husband (who works crazy hours and told me to manage the remodel) before agreeing working with me. I'm so over contractors asking me if my husband would be ok with this or that, or wanting to meet with him before sitting with me. He was very respectful, and didn't throw off any creepy vibes. Once the contract was signed and I had picked an installer to work with, the work began within days. Not weeks, not months, DAYS. One of the cabinets arrived with a little damage, and he had a new one ready to go by that afternoon. This is not my first rodeo, and typically when something is damaged, it takes a week or more for a claim to be processed, throwing the whole project and other trades behind. I was shocked! The installers he recommended were also great, and so professional! They worked with our plumber, flooring and countertop people to make sure everything went smooth. They were also so friendly as well as knowledgeable. They were clean and didn't act bothered when I asked questions and were very patient with me. I would highly recommended Chasen Cabinets when getting quotes! I'll be using them from here on out!

Superb Work and even Better Follow-up Some years ago…read moreArchitectural Stone constructed 2 amazing inside fireplaces as part of a multi-job renovation for which they were also the general contractor, and the experience was terrific. A few months ago we had them return to build a stone water feature/waterfall adjacent to our pool. The job went quite smoothly, but required some mortar work between some natural stones, and unfortunately the subcontractor used a dark-brown colored compound that did not blend with the lighter-colored stones, creating sort of a zebra-like appearance. We notified the boss, John, who jumped immediately to correct the problem. That required several re-visits to get it right, and John was more diligent and demanding of his subs than even we were, with a really attractive and functional end result. We'd recommend John/Architectural Stone in a minute to anyone needing anything done well & creatively in the masonry category.

Mina gave me options- painting existing doors vs new doors with paint, I chose the latter for a more updated look.
