To be honest a lot of people in the community were sad to see them go but they had told us it was time and good things were going to happen. The way they made you feel though, they knew you and knew who was your family and would always make small talk and you'd feel they truely appreciate your business. I am very happy to say that it apparently runs in the family because we get the same exact feel here! The service here is amazing they are always happy to help point you to new flavors you might like to try sometimes even offering a deal for some of their regulars. My boyfriend Erik has been given some great deals on new craft brews when he goes in. My son goes here very often and he's always greeted with a Hey! Jacob! It makes his day.. he's on the autism spectrum and socially ackward at times but he loves going up there because they're so welcoming and helpful when he's looking for something in particular. I'm a fan of the flavored liquor myself and they have a massive wall... pictures don't do it justice you have got to see it.. the choices are almost overwhelming there's so many but if you like to mix it up it's the place to be. The shopping center with it is just the icing on the cake of this epic neighborhood party store. Liquor selection is equally expansive, and the owners have been very generous in their willingness to put in special orders for the few things that they don't normally stock. Otherwise it's neat and organized too. Found it, whipped right my it after the bread and artisan bakery area. I picked up some oat milk and green teas for under $10, not bad. They have not frozen GF bagels and sandwich bread by O'dough. My favorite ginger beer by Bundaberg and my favorite mint chocolate chip ice cream by Guernsey. Too bad all of this will have to wait until Easter.

I've been there twice this week and spent $250.. I expect way better Customer service than I've received on these last two visits for the prices that I pay for this food. Earlier this week, I went to the deli counter to pick up ham and cheese. In the middle of my order, another employee came up to the woman who was helping me and asked her if she wanted to go on break. They had a discussion about it and the other lady said as soon as she was done. She threw the ham on the counter and walked away, and I said ma'am, I'd like to get some cheese she was puffy with me and rude, but sliced the cheese for me and when I got home, it was all stuck together an entire pound, and none of the slices would come apart and just pour packaging trying to get done quickly. She was giving me attitude like I was holding her up from her break and I should not have overheard the conversation between her and her coworker. Tonight I got in line and there was a male manager at one register right next to an older lady at the other cash register. When I kindly asked her if she was open, she looked up at the light above my head and rolled her eyes at me and didn't respond and gave me a humph. I proceeded to unload my groceries onto the cart and was kind to her as she continued to bark orders at me and give me attitude throughout the exchange.. The manager at the registered next to us just ignored everything and acted like he didn't hear it. There is no reason for this type of rude behavior to come from someone that is a cashier in a grocery store line. I'm gonna give it one more shot, but if I get treated like this again in a rude manner or have bad Customer service from your employees, I won't go back and it's the closest grocery store to my house in Livonia.

The event was very well organized and the store is FILLED with unique wines and items you can use such as wine bags, chillers and more. We walked in and assistant manager John warmly greeted us and gave directions for making the purchase prior to getting in line. Met some totally awesome people while waiting to meet Morris and Malcolm who were in an area at the back of the store. It was a hoot to have other customers ask WHY there were so many people in the store! After having our picture taken we received the signed bottle and John bagged them for us. I noticed so many UNIQUE wines, including some made in Michigan while we waited that I can't wait to return to really SHOP!
