She said no and did what she wanted. I had a SEVERE allergic reaction and asspirated and choked during the procedure. They couldn't complete my egg retrieval because of lake anesthesia's NEGLIGENCE. We lost that round that cost us thousands because they decided to do whatever they wanted. I communicated what I needed. I also have medical ptsd. Ellen Wagner their CEO came to do my next retrieval because of their incompetence and negligence. She made a plan that we would stick to. I had another retrieval today and Andrew refused to stick to the plan. I am it sure I got the correct dose of Benadryl and he gave me medicine I was not supposed to have. He chose NOT to follow the protocol we were promised would be in place every time I would be under. I woke up in pain and I woke up having a massive panic attack. Andrew did what he wanted and my mental and emotional health suffered because of it. I personally called Ellen Wagner when it happened and she said Andrew gets to make the calls. I told her she promised we would stick to the plan she created for me and she didn't care at all. This is horrific. Do not trust them. I am sorry I ever did. This company has played with my health and safety too many times. BEWARE

I had been in so much pain the last few weeks and was dreading going to the dentists, as I am someone who has Dental anxiety lol. But this visit has totally changed my perspective on getting dental procedures done moving forward. First and foremost, I was referred here, the staff was very easy to work with from scheduling my appointment (there was a bit of a wait, but that's typically anticipated) to giving me a cost estimate prior to my procedure. Once I saw Dr V.B Hajiharis he offered to get me in same day about an hour later all I had to do was come back with a ride. He explained everything thoroughly to me and gave me a treatment plan to go off of. Not only was he thorough, but he made me feel at ease, comfortable like everything was going to be ok-which it absolutely was. I've truly never experienced a pain-free tooth procedure up until yesterday. I woke up feeling like a million bucks believe it or not! The extraction was PAIN FREE I'm still in shock from it all. It actually has me eager and excited to start my implant process at the end of the month with him. 10/10 recommend this office, staff and Dr V.B Hajiharis you are amazing please don't ever retire lol. If you're looking to have any type of oral surgery, this is your place!

An hour later, they said they they weren't sure when I could go back. No worries, I left and didn't go back, not real pain or issues. A month later, I received a bill from them for $500, final surgery payment. Paid it, no big deal. Just received a call from a collection agency because apparently they billed me for the appointment or another add-on for surgery, even though they were more than an hour behind and I never even saw a doctor. Do not go there, not terribly nice, send random bills and view you as a dollar sign, not a client.

Dissipating Customer Service This place has dissipating…read moreservice, when I first came into the dentist office, I got great customer service, but as my teeth problems required multiple appointments, I noticed their services went from helpful, caring, to nonchalant, assembly line. Its like I was being taken for granted. For my first couple of appointments I showed up early only waiting a few minutes to be seen, the dentist and tech assistant were warm, asking me questions and answering questions I had in return. They created a environment where I felt okay to speak up. I'm shy so I needed that and was glad I had come to this dentist office. But after those appointments things went down hill, I showed up to my appointment always a little early, signed in and waited. The waiting went from a from a few minutes to about forty-minutes, the waiting-room wasn't full. Even if someone was seeing the same dentist before my appointment to me that is unacceptable when I am not given any explanation as to why. I don't need exact details, just a "sorry, I know you came in on time, but you will be seen to." My time is just as valuable as the next person. When I was finally seen by the dentist he was cold and well as the tech assistant, they seem to be going through the motions, I told them I still have a issue with my crown, it seemed to be brushed aside to take care of what was written on the chart. 'Thanks, now what about the crown' I wanted to say but they were so distance, that my shyness got to me I couldn't make myself ask. I wanted to them to ask, 'are you okay' afterwards, like they done the last time, but it was "You're done, go around front." It was like I was on a assemble-line. I couldn't be spared a moment. I don't know if I want to go back.

Then two days ago, my husband received a bill "due immediately" for $750. It is dated 8/21 which he clearly did not actually have an appointment on that date as we would never go back and it was a Sunday which they are closed. The best part is it lists NO services and under payment code it says Do Not Delete. I left two voicemails so far and no call back. I feel like this is a cheap attempt at extorting money out of prior clients. Update: beware of the automated response to reviews. They pop up in seconds of posting and don't acknowledge what was written. Clearly since they suggested I call the office although I indicated I called twice.

I understand effects of sedation, importance of clear communication and patient centered care which wasn't fully rendered during my visit. I couldn't move my body during the nitrous oxide treatment and I remember being tapped multiple times to wake up, and the dental assistant said "she passed out." I heard everything but I couldn't move my extremities or talk, then after you kept trying to wake me by yelling my name, I was able to move my hands, and mouth words (saying I can't talk), then it was reduced and I woke up, took the mask off out of fear and panic. You said to me "don't take that off" without empathy. I remember you got a 22g in the RAC. I also remember being injected, it was oddly painful, I would have appreciated being told upon administration. When I woke up, I was crying and in pain, I was trying to signal to the assistant that I was in pain and uncomfortable, she kept saying you're fine nonchalantly. Lastly, the provider never came to speak to me before leaving, which is typical in a good practice. The nurse walked me out and gave us post op instructions. While I understand, your team may have different perceptions of my event, my experience is valid. Dismissing it by suggesting impaired memory is both unprofessional and gaslighting. My intent in leaving this review was not to disparage your practice, but to ensure that future patients especially those who maybe be anxious are treated with greater care and respect.

You might be asking yourself "how good could a pediatric dentist actually be?" The answer? Really…read moregood. Amazingly good, in fact. I hate going to the dentist. Due to a traumatic childhood experience, I actually LOATHE going to the dentist. Unfortunately, giving off the "going to the dentist sucks" vibe to your three little kids? Not acceptable good mom behavior in the least. I did not and do not want my kids to be scarred for life as I was, so to say I was a bit picky in my selection process? Umm, that would be an understatement. Of the century. My four year's appointment just passed and he's still RAVING about the dentist's office and his experience. The office itself is super kid-friendly: two beautiful fish tanks, a toy room, televisions, books...the whole nine yards. Two minutes after paperwork completion, my son's name was called. They first came out into the waiting area, sat on the floor with him, and just spoke with him to make him feel comfortable (it worked). He was able to pick out his favorite flavor (out of about a zillion) for the toothpaste, fluoride...even the exam gloves! He went back for the x-rays by himself (willingly, happily) and once he went to the regular room, I was called back into the room with him. They took pictures (like, real pictures) of his smile (he loved it!) and then his teeth (super cool). While they did the cleaning, the dentist came in to do a little dentist-parent conference; he checked out the x-rays and the pictures (no cavities! YAY!) and talked to my son about good oral hygiene. After that, the dentist asked if we had any questions, the fluoride (of his choosing--he picked cherry) was brushed on, and then my son was given an AMAZING goody bag of toothbrushes, stickers, toothpaste, little toys, and then he was even able to pick out a "treasure" from the treasure chest. On our way out, pretty much everyone in the office said goodbye and told him what a great job he did. As we were approaching the car, he said he couldn't wait to go back. (Is this not a sign of the most amazing dentist in the world or what?!) Overall, even though we had to pay out-of-network cost, it was worth every penny and then some. You will be AMAZED by this office and absolutely everyone there. I wish I could give this place twenty stars! http://www.drstevekuhn.com/
