Several contractors had previously told us that what we wanted done was completely impossible, yet I knew otherwise. Throughout the project, Dan was extremely willing to work with us, even when we came up with some last minute changes; Dan would always smile and say no problem, its your dream home and we can make it happen for you. We decided to add a bay window at the last minute. As a result, Fowler Construction had to pour another concrete pad and footing and reframe the exterior wall. When the job was finally done, we were amazed at how awesome it looked!!! If I had to do it all over again I would not hesitate to call Fowler construction. They were very honest they always kept the job site extremely clean and if there was ever a problem I could call them back and they would take care of it immediately. After unsuccessful litigation, the cost to make the repairs outweighed the potential advantage of completing them. I knew I could not use an agent in the Sonora area after the litigation and looked outside the area. While looking on yelp, I saw a realtor named Scott Cary who had outstanding reviews from his clients. I phoned Scott who answered his phone and told him the circumstances around the property I had purchased. Scott totally understood my situation and said he would like to help me sell the house. Scott asked numerous questions and completed a market analysis to get the best possible dollar amount we could for the property I liked Scott's straightforward, honest, and no BS approach to the sale and marketing of my house. I subsequently signed on with Scott to be my representative in my home sale. I'm glad we chose them, their team of subcontractors were on the job site every morning on time and ready to go. Using the existing substructure that was still viable, they built this beautiful redwood deck and used a stain that we selected. All boards were stained on all sides prior to construction and protective tape was applied to the substructure so that there was no wood to wood contact. All joints were tight and gaps were consistent. Workers were polite and pleasant and on time and cleaned up after themselves . Great job!!! Highly recommended!
