Tried to upsell me every step of the way. Right down to forcing me to get new door hardware, as the current high end hardware I have wasn't reusable? Whatta joke. Not my first rodeo Denys. Also said installation couldn't be done until mid to late November? Not a good idea to install windows in dead of winter. Oh ya and Denys said he'd give me an extra 10% of the already overpriced quote if I gave him a google review. Well here's your review Denys. Think twice before you use these clowns read all the reviews consistently one star. Thumbs down Update: Sure Jan Id love to have a discussion about this. One about the consistent one star reviews that definately reflect your "quality" of work, lol. And Two, Denys and his give you an extra 10% if you give me a good review on yelp. How would I contact you directly ? You could always call me you can get my number from Deny's.

Very disappointed in the lack of responsibility that this company has taken for the mess they have created for us. Initially installation looks like a good job. But later in the year when we began building the deck off of the new patio doors the installed for us, we saw how they were installed improperly. The patio doors were installed too high with a 2x4 placed underneath. This creates a tripping hazard entering and exiting the house to the deck. As we continued around the house to prepare for new siding, we realize the kitchen window would also need to be reset as the window was set out too far. We contracted this company to do 3 houses for us, and our deeply concerned as to what kind of workmanship we will find on the other 2 once we begin residing them. We reached out to the company and there solution below was that we should pay more to have them correct the shoddy workmanship they created. Hope you are doing well. After discussion with our Installation Manager, we would like to confirm that, from our point of view, we do not see any deficiencies with the patio door installation. Unfortunately, because of this, we are unable to address the issue under warranty. As a possible solution, we can lower the level of the patio door and build up the area above the door to fill the gap. The cost for this work would be $550 + GST if our installation crew is already working in your area. If urgent installation is required and the crew needs to travel from Edmonton specifically for this service, an additional service call charge of $350 + GST would apply. Please let me know if you would like to proceed. Thank you and have a good day!

On installation day, the door had a major problem -- it required extreme effort to open and close. We didn't want it installed, but we were assured by All Weather that it could be fixed with adjustments. Instead of taking responsibility, they blamed the installer and made him tear off all the moulding and move the door half an inch. This did not solve the issue. We were then told the window had to be paid for in full before any warranty work would begin. We paid, with hesitation, believing it was our only option. Over the next several months, they returned multiple times -- often arriving without the proper parts or tools, and even forgetting which parts they had already replaced. Now, five months later (in September), the door is still not fixed or properly finished. Once All Weather realized they could not fix it, they dismissed the problem and told us it was "good enough," even though the door is still difficult to open and close and is missing weather stripping. As an elderly couple, this ordeal has been exhausting and stressful. After months of delays, excuses, and failed fixes, we cannot recommend All Weather At Home to anyone."

We had someone come by, look at the window in June, and then said they'd order the parts and it would be 2-3 weeks, and that was back in June. It's now late August and we had to call to follow up. Turns out the part arrived over a month ago and no one reached out to us, we had to follow up. Nothing about this after sales experience has been positive or pleasant.

The sales and installation process for replacing our doors and windows went smoothly, and based on that experience, I even recommended them to others. Unfortunately, that's where the positive experience ended. Once they had our payment, their customer service--particularly warranty support--has been extremely poor. I've now been waiting over 18 months for a warranty repair, with little to no meaningful communication about the status. Every few months, I follow up and receive the same generic response: that someone will contact me or that the issue has been escalated to management. However, nothing ever comes of it. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely regret recommending this company and strongly encourage anyone considering them to do thorough research beforehand--especially regarding their post-installation support. If negative star ratings were an option, I would select them without hesitation.
