I've now been waiting over 18 months for a warranty repair, with little to no meaningful communication about the status. Every few months, I follow up and receive the same generic response: that someone will contact me or that the issue has been escalated to management. However, nothing ever comes of it. It's incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I genuinely regret recommending this company and strongly encourage anyone considering them to do thorough research beforehand--especially regarding their post-installation support.
