A few days later I received a phone call from what seemed like a very concerned customer service rep. And then I was mailed a coupon valid only at this outlet store. Wtf?! Why would I ever want to shop here again?! Also, it takes a lot more than a measly 30% coupon to help me forget the illegal actions of the employees here. I will NEVER step foot into this classless hell-hole poor excuse of a store. Gross.

Pricing is reasonable given that it's a private boutique in Miami and the clothes are adorable. Staff was extremely friendly and doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or stalk you around the store like many places do. The woman working there took note of specific styles I was trying on and went out of her way to recommend other things she thought I might like which was super helpful (and ultimately successfully dragged me into convincing myself I needed more lol). An all around pleasant experience and will definitely be back!
