I went to my handy dandy guide Yelp to find a reputable plumber/plumbing company. I looked at a few companies and opted for WaterWork Plumbing based on their Yelp rating and location. They were rated a 4.0 out of 5. They were located in a neighboring city. I called on a Friday afternoon and was given an appointment for Monday. No problem! To my surprise, I received a callback that a plumber had become available and could come right then. I was excited to get my toilet situation addressed on the same day. Mark was the dispatched plumber. He was on-time, professional and knowledgeable. He was able to change my push button flusher to a traditional handle one. He also replaced the cap and hoses in the tank to prevent a future call. He even adjusted my water valve to the proper level to have the toilet fill back up quickly. At some point, someone had dialed down the water causing it to fill up slowly. Mark was the man for this day for me! It was the answer for the problem and he was able to eliminate future problems. This was worth every dime that was spent and they get five stars from me. I also have added them as a contact in my phone should I need their services again.

They came out today to hydro jet the sewer line, thanks to the silver maple tree in the front of the house. Showed me the camera of all the roots in the pipes before and after. Vern and Eric were today's technicians. Very polite, cleaned up after their selves and the pipes are clean. Vern did point out some areas that he had some concern about and suggested a pipe liner, but no high pressure to do it. I recommend them when anyone asks for recomendations.

He told me it would be $585 for the first 2 hours of work, and $350 for every additional hour.. I agreed to the terms, however the tech was only there for 30 minutes as he resolved the issue. He then asked me how I was going to pay for the $585. I asked why it was still the full amount if he was only there for 30 minutes?? He wasn't budging and said that the price is set per job, not by the hour, so that I save money. Well, I can tell you that I certainly didn't save any money. By that math, they charged me over $1,100/hr. This is completely unethical of this company to charge that way. There should be a proration if the technician did not take the full 2 hours to complete the job. I can understand if the tech took the full 2 hours, but he didn't. I then called the company to explain why I feel this was unfair for the amount of work/effort that was completed. They told me that a supervisor would call me back that same day to try and resolve my concern. I never heard back that day. I called back the next day to follow up and they said the supervisor was on the phone and he'd call me back. It's now been 4 days and I have yet to hear back from them.. I will never use this company again and urge all consumers to stay away!
