I have never had a problem here. However, when I went to my Dr. for a yearly check up, he told me it took this facility 11 months to send my mammogram report. He also said he has met with Windsong at least 5 times to remedy this and it is still not resolved. I received a notice a week after my appointment that all was fine, but not my own Dr. I switched to Great Lakes Imaging and found them wonderful. read more

I've been to Windsong in Williamsville many times, had nothing but good experiences and figured since the Hamburg location could get me in sooner for an MRI I'd take the appointment there instead. I was called up pretty quickly to the receptionist to go over what I was there for and told that I had to drink three bottles of fluid prior to my test; when she got up to grab them the receptionist was wearing no shoes or socks which was extremely unhygienic for a medical office. When she went over my copay she told me "oh your health insurance is awful, you owe $900 for this visit". I'll be honest, that made me start crying because I didn't have $900 to pay for my visit and I called my insurance prior to my appointment and they told me it was covered. After a couple minutes of back and forth she realized that she read the wrong number and I didn't actually owe $900 to be seen that day. Once I sat down in the waiting room, she started talking; very loudly - as I could hear her from the other side of the waiting room, to the other receptionist that just got there and said that "the girl that is crying has to drink those because she has xxx disease" announcing to the entire room full of patients my full medical diagnosis. I understand explaining things to your coworker but there's no reason it should be done so loudly that myself or the other patients can hear it and know exactly who you're talking about. I've absolutely loved my other experiences at Windsong but am unsure if I will be back if I have a choice because of how embarrassed I was by the receptionist. I'm only giving it two stars because the MRI technicians were extremely friendly and explained the entire process, the test was simple and painless. read more

I do not recommend to having any thyroid biopsy done here. They offer no pain management or numbing agent. The radiologist was horribly aggressive and I was absolutely in shock when I left. Luckily I had a driver because the pain in my neck was so bad I could not have driven myself home. My body went into full shock after this procedure. Even when the radiologist saw I struggling with the procedure, he did not stop and give me something for the pain. I told the doctor that order the test what happened and she was not aware they handled these biopsies like this. read more

had m r i. was called after. was told my right lymphnodes were larger than the left. they stated i needed to have abiopsy. funny. perhaps the whole body shod be rvaluated before a surgery. treat whole person not just a part of the body. ironiccaly. any other person wod have scheduled the biopsy. i refused. my lymphnodes were larger on right side as i was in process of coming down with shingles on the right side. so instead of investigating yhe whole body situation. hamburg windsong was gungho on a painful unnessisary procedure. one has to consider if windsong is simy sacrigicing patients well neing to make money. i reccommend never to go to any windsong read more

This is a good office for mammogram and other radiology testing. I have been going to this office for about 10 years for my mammogram and bone density test. The office is nice and clean with clean bathrooms. Comfortable waiting room. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes to be taken care of. You've got it down to a science in and out and job well done, With candy kisses to keep you sweet while you wait. There is a licensed radiologist on staff to read your report while you wait. No wondering for days on end about your results. They have coffee and drinking water in the waiting room. There is a private parking lot. It is centrally located near a lot of stores and restaurants so you can get a lot of jobs done while you're out there. The staff is friendly and very professional. read more

I went today to get hip injections and had Dr Wolf. He was awesome and I highly recommend this place. He fully explained everything and is good with wiggly patients. No one really wants to have procedures done - but if you have to go- see Dr Wolf, he's very cool. read more

I have a serious joint issue and have needed numerous MRI's. I have always been treated professionally by every employee.

Actual visit & testing was fine. Technicians & staff very kind & gentle. Their billing dept. is another story. Their refusal to resubmit my bill to BC for an adjustment led me to months of appeals trying to fix their mistakes. Multiple phone calls to them just yielded a "we're right" response or they would play games & keep transferring me to someone that was on vacation. During the appeal process they did turn me over to collections. I requested they remove me from collections (once they received the ins. pmt.) & send me a statement of account so that I could clear up my balance.... they refused. They wanted payment - without issuing a bill. Apparently they wanted me to trust them & believe that the balance they say I owed is correct. I'm guessing they would have had better luck with that if they hadn't blatantly disregarded the basics of customer service etiquette. read more

Had a mammogram done in November, 2014 and the technican hurt me so bad I was screaming in the room and told her. She said I cann tell by looking at last years x-ray that they did not put enough pressure on you. I told her do not press so hard when you x-ray the left breast. I had my appointment in April. Starting with the receptionist...I was greeted with a smile. The young lady that collects the information for billing was kind and patient. Jamie ( I'm pretty sure that is her name) did my mammo and she was very pleasant. The girl that did my ultra sound was nice and professional. The Doctor...great! I trust Windsong! read more
