I've heard most times this recalibration is not needed, but if it turns out it IS needed, you'd have to take it somewhere else at a cost of $250-$700, or as much as $1,000 at a dealership! No thank you! Especially after the already expensive windshield! My tech was Kyle and, boy, was he sharp! When he arrived he told me it would take around an hour, I believe he finished the windshield installation, recalibration and cleanup in around 30 minutes - no small feat for my big Honda Odyssey on his own - and returned from the test drive in under 10 minutes. It was easy to pay with any type of credit card, even AmEx, and all told I think it was about 40 minutes. The owner, Steve, was a pleasure to talk to, as was Kyle, A couple of easygoing guys. I definitely made the right choice! And, if ever I have the need again, I will probably only be putting out a call for one quote ... from MasterTech.

I was greeted by Adam and a woman (didn't get her name), and they were extremely friendly and efficient at their jobs. They made sure all my questions were answered and that I was satisfied with everything throughout, from the estimate process to getting my car back. They were communicative throughout the entire process and provided updates. I really appreciated the front desk workers and felt like they had my back. The staff who worked on my car was quick with the repairs while being the most attentive to details. They even included car detailing! My car was extremely clean on the outside and inside when I got my car back. I couldn't be happier with the services I received here. I believe they can come to you or you can stop by their shop with appointments either way. I made an appointment to stop by, because rainy weather was iffy - and they had a garage bay as back up. Parking is small, and the building is right on Tesson Ferry. There isn't an intersection light - just be safe pulling in and out of their lot with traffic. The job was completed in less than an hour, I got instructions on what I needed to do so the new window didn't shift and cured properly, and they even vacuumed my floorboards.
