The hood and front facia are a different color than the rest of vehicle, took it back twice and all they did was buff it like that was going to change color. It's a Pearl White which is an off White color and the color they painted is White! Hood has marks on it like the airhose rubbed it while painting, and there is runs in it also. And when I picked it up every time the car was covered in buffing compound, they never cleaned it afterwards in all three times I took it there. Insurance paid them almost $10,000 for a back yard paint job and they also used it to run errands, being a cadillac I have onstar and it tracked every movement and even went to someones house. Carried something in the rear seat and it left dimple marks in the seat that won't come out and was very dirty. This place is a complete ripoff, your better off hiring some back yard mechanic with a spray can to paint anything! Almost $10,000 to do a hood and front facia, won't even paint the fender!

There was a huge gap in the middle and then on each side of the fender and it was driving me nuts every time I saw it. I tried reaching out to several highly rated shops online including American Autobody. I either got no reply to my email about it or even in one case, the shop owner said his toyota had the same issue and he wasn't sure how to fix it. American Autobody responded and told me to come by so they could take a look which I did a few days later. They seemed confident they could make it look quite a bit better so after a few months of waiting, I scheduled time to get it in the shop and also decided to have them remove a door ding from my driver's side. The door ding is completely gone and the bumper looks so much better. The people at the shop were friendly and the price wasn't bad either.
