He demanded a $48 deposit to order the new windshield and that I would have to come back in a week to get it installed. When I got in my car, it smelled like trashy cologne, and the steering wheel was greasy. I asked him what he sprayed in the car and he said nothing. He left the sensor box under the mirror hanging and tried to delay fixing it until my next visit to pressure me into coming back. I insisted he fix it immediately. Come to find out, he glued the sensor box back to my old windshield, and now I will have to buy a new one. I found this out by another business who ended up replacing my glass. Zach did not tell me he broke MY property. When I asked for my deposit back, his rep said I could call him. I called on Monday. He threw a tantrum, yelled at me, interrupted me, called me slurs, and mocked me for asking about the cologne smell. I have migraines and cannot do intense smells. He hung up, saying he didn't need customers "like me." He also badmouthed his very young female employee for telling me I could get a refund. She honestly seemed scared and uncomfortable when he was around. I do not suggest taking small children or women here.
