I purchased the windshield and it was completed within the timeframe, the windshield was a perfect fit however; I noticed after 2 days the windshield started cracking, I immediately contacted Robert and once again he was quick to respond. He stated he had doubts about the glass, but being it was made the USA and coming from his trusted vendor he figured it would be good even though it was a brand (windshield) he had never used before. He immediately contacted his vender to inform them of the defective windshield; and with no hesitation Robert stated he would replace the windshield. He kept me updated until the new glass was ready to be installed. The windshield fits perfectly in place; I have no wind noise and no leaks. Robert is very professional and very informative.
