Rather than break it open and have problems resealing it, the technician used a tool and extracted the oil from the vehicle. He also noted other problems on the car beyond the scope of an oil change. My friend who purchased the car did not know it was from a junkyard with a rebuilt title. Thank you to the technician who worked on the car and pointed out the problems and rebuilt title. The price was excellent and low compared to the other prices I received that day.

Later found out that it had a pink sticker on it that is used for junkyards or rebuilt. Not totally sure. We are out $6k and the car will not go above 30. After we took it in the last time. Joe made us feel he didn't want anything more to do with it. So here we have a car that we can't even resell. We used Joe for years, but this last time he was aggressive and rude. They did fix the leak, but when I picked up my car my digital gas gauge was no longer working -- it now reads "E" and 0 miles to empty. It worked perfectly before I brought it in. When I returned, they claimed the fuel pump was bad, which was never an issue before. Management refused to take responsibility, and after contacting their West Palm Beach location, I never received the promised callback from the owner. Very disappointed. I would not recommend based on my experience.
