He had none of the financing options offered by Andersen and insisted on full payment before he would install the windows. I paid him in two installments of $5500 each and in full by August 13. Long delay before installation and not happy with the way I was treated. Installer was very good and personable. Owner was accommodating. Sales person repeatedly disappointed me with unkept promises. I finally ask them to leave and still waiting on a refund of unused and uninstalled door.

I don't know what these other reviewers are saying...Everything that WIndow World did agree to was…read moreaccomplished....took a while but that was mostly my fault as they called in September and told me the windows were ready but my wife and I went on vacation so that was postponed...we agreed on a time and date and they showed up and installation took around 2 hours....perfectly and professionally done and this old house already feels a lot warmer...I haven't turned my heat on yet and it's staying 69 inside....I would DEFINITELY use them again...
