Their low rating comes as a result of the next job we were considering them to do. We want to remove the tub/shower units in both our bathrooms, and replace them with walk-in showers. After calling and leaving messages over a two week span (it's the only way to make contact because no one from their company answers the phone), I finally heard back. After explaining the situation, I was told that Jim (the owner) would come out to size up the project and give us an estimate. He did make it out that day and looked at the job, but he said he would get back with us with an estimate. Unfortunately that's where the story ends, so to speak. Jim never got back with us; we called twice and left messages; finally the lady called and assured me that she would contact Jim; and still nothing has happened. Almost two months has elapsed, and no more word from them. You would think they would have the decency to at least call and say they don't want to do the project. So much for customer service!

They made sure my every question was answered and that I was 100% satisfied with the final install. I would have no reservation recommending this company to anyone. They even were more than accommodating when they accidentally damaged a neighbors property during the install. (A complete accident and not because they were careless). Not only did they apologize in person for the incident, but they handled it with professionalism and made sure the property owner was absolutely satisfied with the repairs. Top notch all around! I will definitely call them back if I need something in the future!

He removed an ancient built in pa system and you can't even tell where it was. He also "remastered" an entire door way that was a mess. The crown molding was hanging and when he rehung it....perfect. We are so very pleased with him and his work staff that giving them 5 stars is not enough. The work was so well done, that we are asking him to finish an unheated room for us and can hardly wait until he has the time to powerwash, paint and seal our garage for us. At 3:00 the day of the job they called and said they had other jobs come up and would be out "within a week." That did not happen. After about two weeks I called and spoke with a receptionist who told me I would receive a call soon with an estimate as to when the job might be done. That also did not happen. 53 days after the original no show, they called and said they were coming that day to do the job. No apology or explanation was offered. There was no acknowledgement of the fact that "within a week" had turned into close to two months with absolutely zero communication originating from them. So I opted not to give them the job. Unfortunately, I have no idea how good a job they do, and I'll never be finding out because the service was thoroughly unacceptable in my experience, and that was before they had even done anything.

After they took our $1500 deposit, it took multiple calls to get them in to do the work. Once they completed the work we had paid over $4000. The space is NOT insulated, they left the entrance hole wide open, and there was water in it from a leak. A leak they knew about and neglected to tell us. The job was in January, 2019. After multiple calls for weeks they came back and fixed a piece of flexed duct work that was destroyed by the leak - mid March. It's still very cold in the addition. The mildew is gone, at least. We now have to spend more money to go back inside and insulate it ourselves. We are highly disappointed!!
