Instead, they would charge $85 to give me an estimate in person if I chose not to use them. So, I called Apex. He came out that afternoon to look at it for free. He told me that depending on the job, it may be cheaper to just buy a new one from a box store; but he would come out and look anyway. In the end he was able to repair it at a fair price. He took the screen with him and brought it back the next morning. I'll definitely be using them again if I another window issue.
