They had to come back more than once and put a lot of extra hours in, but didn't charge extra. Daryl stuck by his quote, even though it cost him. That's quality service from an honest company. Their low rating comes as a result of the next job we were considering them to do. We want to remove the tub/shower units in both our bathrooms, and replace them with walk-in showers. After calling and leaving messages over a two week span (it's the only way to make contact because no one from their company answers the phone), I finally heard back. After explaining the situation, I was told that Jim (the owner) would come out to size up the project and give us an estimate. He did make it out that day and looked at the job, but he said he would get back with us with an estimate. Unfortunately that's where the story ends, so to speak. Jim never got back with us; we called twice and left messages; finally the lady called and assured me that she would contact Jim; and still nothing has happened. Almost two months has elapsed, and no more word from them. You would think they would have the decency to at least call and say they don't want to do the project. So much for customer service!

They made sure my every question was answered and that I was 100% satisfied with the final install. I would have no reservation recommending this company to anyone. They even were more than accommodating when they accidentally damaged a neighbors property during the install. (A complete accident and not because they were careless). Not only did they apologize in person for the incident, but they handled it with professionalism and made sure the property owner was absolutely satisfied with the repairs. Top notch all around! I will definitely call them back if I need something in the future!

After they took our $1500 deposit, it took multiple calls to get them in to do the work. Once they completed the work we had paid over $4000. The space is NOT insulated, they left the entrance hole wide open, and there was water in it from a leak. A leak they knew about and neglected to tell us. The job was in January, 2019. After multiple calls for weeks they came back and fixed a piece of flexed duct work that was destroyed by the leak - mid March. It's still very cold in the addition. The mildew is gone, at least. We now have to spend more money to go back inside and insulate it ourselves. We are highly disappointed!!

The walls were stipped to the studs, and there is a full unfinished basement, so it was easy access. Still, i paid him over $9200.00. He did very good mostly, until I asked him to correct the placement of a dishwasher outlet. For a fee he would. I already paid someone else to move the outlets for the range and the microwave, but thought he should do this one with no added cost. Placement of appliance outlets is something any electrician should know...I looked it up and they are all the same. Also, this guy also asks you to give him a tip a on every invoice. I find this very insulting to low income waiters, hairdressers, and others who are traditionally tipped. I also dad to clean up after him. Now I'm wondering if he did everything else okay or if my house is going to burn down. Just read the response. I paid the tile guy about $8000 for a tub sized shower. There are places where the grout is missing, lots of tiles are NOT flush, a hole was put in the aluminum trim, the front of the shower is about an inch out of square, the light fixture in the shower was not fully installed, and there are some chipped tiles. No..not happy, but I paid him. I belive a customer has the right to expect a good job, and the tile was not. Rhododendren Electric did a good job, but their follow through is bad. And he will do everything possible to avert a negative review, which mine is not...just middle of the road. Just downgraded due to his false and slanderous response.
