Robert had great communication, from contacting him to find out if he can do our home all the way down to our handshakes for a job well done. Our kitchen window fills up over 3/4 of our kitchen wall and the setting sun hits us in the eyes right about dinner making time. Ugh. It's horrible, plus the heat that comes in during the summer. So my husband thought we should look into having the windows tinted. Robert was able to come out a few short weeks after initially contacting him. He even had all the tinting options and supplies right there on his truck, he did it same day! He did our kitchen window, our two story staircase window and our living room large window as well. All-in-all he was at our house about 2 hours. Kept himself and his work area nice and clean. He was polite and kept friendly banter with us while we watched and asked questions. The outcome is a game changer!! The minute he finished the tint on the kitchen window, we immediately felt the house start to cool. Honestly amazing. I'll save you guys some time and will give you the cliff notes of what happened. I brought in my brand new Porsche to get the front two windows tinted to match the factory tint on the other windows. I spoke to Sam and everything was all fine. My windows got tinted. It was a rainy day so I took the keys went home, my husband inspected the tint and unfortunately there was damage to the pillars of my car windows because the technician used a torch gun and it melted the side panels. We immediately went back up to the store, explained to Sam what happened Sam immediately took accountability and responsibility for getting this resolved on the next business day. Sam offered to get our car fixed at a non-Porsche repair shop, which did not sit well with us, considering our car was brand new fresh off the lot and we didn't feel comfortable taking the car to a place that was not Porsche certified. They were recommending this option because of the labor price difference and I assume they wanted to try to cut cost for the repair. We shared that that was not acceptable and Sam did arrange for my car to get repaired at Porsche and worked with my service advisor to coordinate the drop off and repair of my vehicle. The whole ordeal took about two weeks, but my car did get fixed to our standards and Sam always led with wanting to do the right thing and I'm glad that we were able to get this resolved. So if you do decide to get your windows tinted here, please be sure to do a thorough inspection and I hope that my unfortunate experience will help prevent any future damage to anyone else's car. I'm still leaving four stars because the tint itself does look fine and Sam was fair to work with.

I chose a shade with uv great protection and heat reducing for the sides and a clear one with even more heat blocking for the windshield. Who new the have clear for the windshield. there is a lifetime warrantee. They were right up front about everything. The job was done quickly and very well. We love this film as it keeps our house much cooler when we have direct sun light. We really wanted to use a 3M product based upon the company's reputation and long history of providing excellent products. Campbell Window Film team came out and installed the 3M film for us. They did a fantastic job! They covered the area with drop cloths to protect the floor while removing old film and applying the new film. The installation was quick, professionally done, and they cleaned up after themselves. The price was reasonable as well. Would highly recommend them for any tint job you may have.

While at my house to give me a bid, Joe, the owner of the company, noticed a few small bubbles in the tint on one of the kitchen windows they had previously tinted. He immediately said that wasn't right and offered to replace the tint at no charge, quoting their lifetime warranty. Okay, I was really impressed. We subsequently had him re-tint the upstairs bathroom windows. I want to thank Joe for an excellent job and outstanding customer service. Joe went above and beyond to make me happy with the upstairs tinting. The windows look great, and the tint he recommended is doing axactly what we intended. They did an exceptional job on my windows as well as the ceramic coating. The car looked even better and newer than when I picked the vehicle up from the dealership. As for the tints, I got 20% on all windows and 75% on the windshield. My only regret is that I didn't realize having a lighter interior would make the tints look lighter, but that's my fault for not knowing. Overall, I highly recommend this place!

At the appointment, Bradley was incredibly thoughtful - he listened closely to all the research I had done on products that met my requirements (maximizing privacy, enough light for plants, and heat rejection). He actually proposed a product that I was not aware of from Vista that met all our needs even better than any I had already found! Bradley measured up and sent out an estimate super quickly, and the price was great, especially for the premium Vista product. There was a slight hiccup when I discovered that the film he recommended might have a small amount of metal that might affect signal reception in the house (we live in an area with notoriously poor signal). Bradley instantly offered to do additional research with his distributor, and he got back to me the next day with additional information that put me at ease. Once we signed the proposal, we were scheduled for installation within a few days. The installation team couldn't have been nicer, more knowledgeable, neater, cleaner, or more efficient. The two of them took care of a large number of windows PLUS some extra windows with leftover film in less than 8 hours. Oh and they were great about making sure the front door was closed after they were told we have 3 cats - as a pet parent, this matters so much when you have work done in the house! We are thrilled with the result. No bubbles (even though we know they disappear as the film cures over multiple weeks) and we could feel the difference in heat transfer instantly. It's gonna be a much better summer because of the film. The privacy improvement is significant, and the plants are still getting plenty of light; having said that, I promised Bradley I'd come back to update this review with the results so that plant parents out there could feel comfortable about having options for film products. More dirt in the film became apparent. I think for the cost invested I rather keep the original. I felt automotive film had better heat reduction for some reason.
