I recently replaced three windows in a home built in 1858. The old windows had a lot of character, but there were so many layers of paint that they wouldn't shut correctly. Ben and Tim gave me a few options and I am so happy with the end results. The grids on the windows still give the room a "historic" feel and my cat loves listening to the birds! Also Really went above and beyond when they had to go through so many hoops with our condo association to get the "right trim". They didn't even mention it until I asked them about it. What an amazing experience with this company... where do I begin .. I reached out to six or seven different window companies and every single one of them wanted me to be home I explained I was just looking for a quote and then I was going to make up my mind this was the only company that had no issue coming out here while I was not home. He wrote up the quote and email it to me... hands-down they had the best prices. I work a lot I am super busy and working with Ben was amazing. I primarily work with him through email found out how much I needed to send him to get the job going I sent him a check in with in about a week him and his son were out at the house to do the job .
