Finally said I want my deposit back to again be ignored. Filed complaints with BBB and Attorney General of PA, for them only to ignore them as well. Now we are attempting to get restitution through the courts...guess what, they are ignoring all of this as well. Now there is a judgement against them. Let's see how long it takes to get our deposit back!

Their financing plans were confusing and it was certainly a high-pressure situation. The second quote was from Keystone windows. Rob did a good job explaining everything and no haggling. We decided to cancel the third quote and went with Keystone. The installation went smoothly. The crew was professional. And we have no problems with the windows.
