I immediately took photos of the wrong J channel and texted the sales rep and he agreed it was wrong. I then Called the owner and he was very nasty and tried to say I was given the choice by the workers for both colors and that I choose the wrong color. I will not be bullied by an owner and a company that is wrong and trying to blame the customer for their error. The character of the owner was disappointing by his unwillingness to assume responsibility or to offer any solution. See you in court
