I will also admit that my roof was VERY dirty... I had told Elisha that I needed this roof cleaning to pass a city inspection. Elisha shows up, does his thing, and all seemed well. I thanked him and paid him. Then the city came out and failed the cleaning. I messaged Elisha the same day and he said not to worry, the city can be hard like that, but he'd make it right and come back out to go over some spots again and make sure I passed. During the process, they removed (and later replaced) the outer screens, to get to the glass. I do recommend that you ask them to pick a day when they can start early enough to finish the job in the daylight.
