A&M's salesperson Jason answered questions in an extremely timely manner. If I wrote the email in the evening or on the weekend, he responded. I couldn't have asked for a better sales professional. They even worked with me to install the doors I wanted, even though I did not purchase the doors from them. They installed all the windows and doors in one day. Three trucks and at least 6 employees. They sent back one installer the following day to install the window sills. I could not be happier. Other than some dust (expected) you would never even know they were here. They cleaned up every bit of scrap and removed the old windows, screens and frames. The employees could not have been nicer (even with my non-existent Spanish). I HIGHLY recommend this company if you are thinking about doing your doors and windows

He did an amazing job. I now have to be careful opening the door because it GLIDES with just 1 finger :) This is a GREAT problem to have especially when you suffer from carpel tunnel. I called or was called by the boss Darío, who asked me how much I wanted to pay. I answered $200.00 and he agreed. He sent me a technician (Brito) who was supposed to arrive between 2 and 3 PM (he arrived very late, by the way, with justification) and entered my house at 5:04 PM and left at 5:19 PM. The next day I complained to Darío that for 15 minutes and without parts to install, just to tighten the 4 screws, it was extremely expensive, to which he replied that that was the cost. Johnny explained the whole process and was super knowledgeable about the impact windows and doors. Very responsive and the communication level was superb. And trust me, we ask all the hard questions... What I really liked was that installation day was fast! About 13-14 guys showed up to work on our home. They worked fast and did a great job. They covered the furniture (although, this is a messy project regardless) to lessen the dust. And any small issues were addressed immediately and in a timely manner.
