They completely removed the old windows and put the new ones in less than 2 hours. They arrived on time and ready to get to work. Our house has a stucco exterior and I was concerned over possible damage to the stucco which would require additional costs to repair and there just wasn't any. Partially due to the design of the replacement windows but also because of the care the install team took (John, Irwin and Victor) in removing the old windows with those concerns in mind. They totally cleaned up all of the debris caused by the replacement process and also washed the windows, including the patio door windows next to the new replacements. A nice touch! We are very happy with the new windows, the cost of them, and the install team as well as the sales guy (Zack). This is the second time we've had Window World replace windows on our home and are totally confident that the replacement of the rest of our windows will be done as efficiently and with such care! I had no idea they brought the wrong slider until after they had removed my old slider. I was left only one option after they removed my old slider. I should have checked their slider right away. Besides the slider not being what we ordered, the installers had a lot of trouble installing because the original measurement made by Zac was wrong, let's just say they had to use a lot of caulking to cover the mistake. And I had to order new base molding to replace the base molding having a 3/4" gap on each side of the new slider, plus I needed to recalk some places they missed. All in all, I will never use their service again, I will also make my friends looking for windows aware.

I was looking to install Milgard windows. Sierra Padre and Ganahl provided quotes. Ganahl was…read morecheaper but Sierra Padre asked to match the price. They did so we went with them based on my GC's recommendation. Come inspection time, my windows don't pass as they're not tempered. Sierra Padre changed the glass from tempered to regular glass to get price down. I had to get glass replaced. The agreement with Sierra Padre was I would pay for the glass and they would pay for the labor as they screwed up and didn't check code requirements for my city. After the replacements were done, Sierra Padre refused to pay for the labor...and my house is on the hook for a lien. I ended up paying for the labor as well and Sierra Padre's solution was to give me other items at cost to "make up" for their mistake. I would not recommend working with them.
