John's Glass had done some work for us in the past, so we called them. Julio came out, took measurement , gave us a price, and left. The next thing I know, he shows up with an exact match window and installs it, which was well covered by insurance. We had our house built five years ago. The sliding door never worked right. So, I asked Julio to look at it. He said he didn't know what was wrong with it, but he could come, tear it apart and try to fix it. Minimum charge was $150. Well, $150 was a lot cheaper than a new door. So, we had him come back. Within 15 minutes, he located and fixed the problem, and he gave us a few cleaning hints.
