This time Pat was sent out to give us a quote to replace a window and possibly a door. We ended up just wanting the window replaced. Pat told us that would be no problem and gave us a quote for a new Pella window. So we had him order the window and waited for it to be installed. On the day of the installation there was obviously problems installing the window. Instead of informing us of the problem, they just put the window in that was supposed to be an all wood window on the inside. They installed plastic strips around the window because apparently the gap was too wide to install the wood trim. Instead of informing us of any issues, I had to call up Pat and complain to him. Pat used multiple excuses and then tried blaming us for the window not being correct. He then came up with a solution to order wider wood strips to put around window which I agreed to hoping it would look better. He sent his crew out a couple weeks later to install the wood strips which made the window look even worse. Never heard back from him again. I tried contacting Steve the owner but he just keeps sending us to Pat. I needed a few more windows replaced in this house but it looks like I will have to call someone else because Pat obviously has no idea what he is doing.​

My house has a half-circle window over the front door and they installed a white strip around the window on a beige-sided house. The owner will not fix this and it cannot be painted. If I had known this prior to the siding job, I would have asked them to leave the old beige piece around the window and suggest you do the same if you have this type of house. The white strip looks terrible. The rest of the experience was very good but unfortunately, this eyesore at the focal point of the house detracts a great deal from the overall quality of the work.

There were no gimmicks, no games, no pressure to purchase, and a full out the door price (no pun intended) with no additional fees that would come later. Don and Sandy were great and easy to work with, timelines were exactly what they mentioned, and the day of install couldn't have gone more perfectly. We had a great experience with Naperville Windows & Doors. One of our windows was blown off our…read morehouse by violent winds during a thunderstorm. We did our best to seal off the opening with thick plastic and tape until we could get the window replaced but knew that wouldn't last long. One company we called wanted over $500 just to nail plywood over the opening. In the meantime, we called two window companies to get estimates for the replacement. The first company spent very little time and was rather short with us. They offered nothing in the way of covering the opening for the 6-8 weeks it would take for the new window. Then we called Naperville Windows & Doors. Their representative came to our house and took time to listen to us and address our concerns. Shortly after receiving our estimate (which, by the way, was over $1000 lower than the first company for the same window), Don (who I believe is the owner) came out to get exact measurements. When he saw the gaping hole in our house & our makeshift repair, he offered to nail the old window into place and seal the opening so we wouldn't be without a window for 2 months. When we tried to pay him for his trouble, he wouldn't take any money. Very impressive customer service! Needless to say, we chose to go with NWD. When our window came in, Joe came to install it. He was super nice & did a fantastic job! The window is beautiful & very solid. We were very happy with our experience with NWD and would whole-heartedly recommend them. In fact, we plan to begin replacing our other windows over the next few years & will go with NWD again when we do. Thanks again!

Do not trust their word that they will make it back out. I reached out multiple times, was told "I'll have a guy come out Friday" on 3 separate occasions, and it now I'm a zero responses from them. I have been left with a half painted window and unclean job site. I will call that my mistake but it does show the integrity of this company. I wrongfully assumed that spending the amount of money we did came with integrity and customer appreciation. Maybe that's extra. ($70k+) We hired them to put a moderate sized addition off the back of our master bedroom on a ranch house. As soon as I made the final payment I was not able to get anyone out. -we were suppose to get black windows but they installed white. When it was brought up they told me they would paint them and have yet to complete that task. - they never returned to finish cleaning up the job site and fix all the dirt the moved away for the foundation.

Can't walk outside without a mask! The poor naive workers don't even bother to wear a mask when cutting toxic stuff like getting silica in their lungs! Just throw trash right on the ground so that the wind can carry it everywhere! Chaotic mess! I wish I never moved here to Show Low. I hope these workers develop a conscious and quit dumping all over! No care and just a sloppy disaster zone! Regret moving to Show Low. Don't waste your money on these careless people that just want your money! Simply no attention to detail, no common courtesy, no work ethic....just get the job done quickly and sloppily. Literally every fixture is crooked and loose.
