Pros: It's perfect in every way. The view of Paris is amazing The vibe is upscale casual I went at 9pm and the sun was out (I think the vibe gets more clubby after sunset) Cons: It's pricy. So do your homework and look at the menu to avoid sticker shock. Tips: "Sunset" in the summer and winter in Paris happen at dramatically different times. Know your time before going up here to catch "sunset". Note the "clubby" tip above (Tho that's just my prediction.

Lobster rolls and chicken

The atmosphere was nice and the view was great. The food menu was very mediocre, we tried the chicken, lobster rolls and potatoes and the only one we remotely liked were the potatoes. We had wanted to order the burgers but the kitchen was out. Our service was very slow, we saw our waiter about two times during the two hours we were at the sky bar. Perhaps the brunch menu is better but if you are going to their sky bar with an appetite I wouldn't recommend, perhaps stop at the McDonald across the street before.

Windo has a spectacular view of the Eiffel Tower and of Paris which my friends and I could have stared at all evening. Windo is open at 5PM every evening. Closing hours are currently based on government COVID guidelines. Happy Hour runs from 5-7PM every night. Drinks are half-priced. We only drank champagne. The prices are comparable with other businesses. I wish the selection of champagne could have been better. Also, service could be a little more attentive. We shouldn't have to ask for snacks. Furniture could also be more comfortable...some of the chairs are very stiff. Only specific elevators in the Hyatt building reach the top floor. Enjoy the view...the Eiffel Tower starts to twinkle at 8PM on the hour. Cheers!!

The Windo has the most stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and the city, all for the low cost of €24 per drink, lol. Jk. This bar is located inside Hyatt Regency. Expect high prices, come on people. You don't go into Ruth's Chris thinking you're paying $20 for a steak right? Service was incredible. Farid, Alexander, and Antoni were all quite friendly and provided outstanding customer service. I frequented the Windo every night I was staying at the hotel. Each time I came, the bar was pristine and looked very well kept. The bartenders were professional and happy and as such they exuded good vibes to the customers. My last night there was Tour de France and a very big crowd from one of the teams came in. The staff handled the extra load very well and kept drinks coming in. They make really good espresso martinis. I definitely recommend visiting the Windo when you're by the Eiffel Tower. This will be a bar I will always go back to when I'm in Paris. Keep up the good work!

It was good, but I'd say it wasn't crazy strong. My wife got the Miami Vice Negroni and we both thought it was meh. Being as you're in Montmartre, there are plenty of bars to visit. I'd definitely make Dirty Dick a spot to visit if you're doing a crawl.

I ordered the painkiller my first time around and it was perfection! The atmosphere of tiki music, Caribbean-inspired artwork and leis and tiki shields adorning the walls transported me to a beach in the Bahamas for a few minutes. We knew we had to come back our last night and did so! I ordered the Miami Vice Negroni and it was a complex drink. I still can't determine if I liked it or didn't. I got different sweet and bitter notes each sip. My husband got the extra grog strength drink and it was a hit! Do yourself a favor and come here! You won't regret the slight deviation from wine and champagne and enjoy the reprieve!

So the little red door has a cute red door but the bouncer lets you in through another door (novelty observed haha). The man takes your jacket and umbrella (what a gentleman!) and sat us on the second floor. While the space between the couch and the seats were rather small, we were able to manage. I got the permaculture and resilience. The resilience is a club favorite and my favorite too! The way the sorghum, pineapple sage (syrup), pasquet cognac, and savanna rum all tied together was a blessing. I was going to get a third but I was tipsy by my second drink. My first drink was the permaculture and while I was considered it would be strong, it didn't seem strong to me. I love clarified dairy in alcohol so this was a win in my book. It consists of chestnut, butter, wakaze umeshu, avallen Calvados. The bar let's you stay for an hour but if you sit elsewhere, you can stay as long as you want. 5 stars and I hope to come back someday!
