Wrong!... and I've since gotten the issue fixed. After my sister did her part of the paperwork... they just left my truck sitting in their lot and didn't replace the cracked windshield, as promised. They told me to have safelite do it at my home which was annoying, to say the least . Another issue was they took almost 2 weeks after signing to replace a tire because it was completely bald. And then Johnathan told me after they finally got it done that he "threw in a spare"... but it was just the old sh*t tire that they took off. They never gave me a spare key either , and it took weeks of "sorry, I didn't call you back. The box is locked where the spare keys are.". They just need to stick to selling Hyundai's honestly. The waiting area is nice, free coffee/cappuccino maker, snack machines, comfy chairs. I understand that there are customers ahead of you but 2 hour wait to unplug battery seems extremely long. Cut down on wait times for trivial fixes, rating will go up.
