They told me to have safelite do it at my home which was annoying, to say the least . Another issue was they took almost 2 weeks after signing to replace a tire because it was completely bald. And then Johnathan told me after they finally got it done that he "threw in a spare"... but it was just the old sh*t tire that they took off. They never gave me a spare key either , and it took weeks of "sorry, I didn't call you back. The box is locked where the spare keys are.". They just need to stick to selling Hyundai's honestly. Lastly... I've since messaged Johnathan about my 30 day tags and no response, as they promised they could extend them if i needed more time since I'm not from this coast. SMH

The waiting area is nice, free coffee/cappuccino maker, snack machines, comfy chairs. I understand that there are customers ahead of you but 2 hour wait to unplug battery seems extremely long. Cut down on wait times for trivial fixes, rating will go up.
