The staff told her that she could not enter and did not give her the details as to how my brother was at the time. She knew nothing. She had to plead with the white lady to open the door when my brother wanted her inside. I am very disappointed with how they treated my brother a black man. The doctor advised that he not walk on his foot but the nurse then told him to walk towards him to get a test done. How is he supposed to walk when THE DOCTOR ADVISED HIM NOT TO WALK IN HIS FOOT. The nurse was right there when the doctor advised that he not walk on his foot. A competent nurse would have when's and gotten a WHEELCHAIR!!! My sister in law had to tell the nurse that he is not getting up, that he needs to be in a wheelchair. This is only a fraction of the discrimination that happened at this clinic. They are racist and the head of staff needs to talk a good look at the people they hire. Everyone is human no matter the color of their skin. Shame on the people who work at this clinic.

The waiting receptionists and their system are totally unprofessional and seem to have a secret code for letting people in. I signed in the morning and only two people in front of me on the sign in list. There were only 5 or so people waiting so I thought, although I was hurting, I could wait. I was surprised when she said it was a 1 hour wait? During the first 1.5 hours I waited, they waved in 10 or 20 others who just showed up, no sign in. They would walk in, sit down and within one minute the attendant would open the door and wave them in with a big smile like they were old buddies. I asked the receptionist what the deal was and she gave me a dirty look like it was none of my business. My name had been marked thru as though they already saw me. The she said, "Oh your next." Then they waved in others who just walked in. This while the rest of us sat there over 2 hours with everyone hacking and coughing. I'm 75 and have to use urgent care a few times a year. This is totally unacceptable! If you are stupid enough to go there, you need to find out the Secret Code.

Also was billed for labs ordered in the normal course of the visit. Never had this happen before with other providers.
