The lack of communication and notice was surprising and left me scrambling to find a replacement while my lawn was already overgrown. We wanted our aeration done before the weekend so the owner personally came out, strapped headlights to the front of the aerator, and got it done for us on a Wednesday night. We had squirrels eat our latches and he helped us figure out the culprit and even offered to buy us new latches. Stand up company. Stand up guy. Fast forward....we just received a disturbing email from Weeded stating we owed hundreds of dollars and would be taken to collections and court if we didn't pay right away. Yeah, the problem is we cancelled their service last summer when we moved (7 months ago) and we have an email confirmation proving it. Oops, they hadn't turned off auto-billing when they cancelled our service. You would think any reputable company would at least apologize for their mistake, but I guess that's asking too much.
