My previous review was taken down, because the business owner complained to yelp about my horrible experience with this company. No problem, here is the revision. I would not recommend wind productions & AND ALL ITS AFFILIATES to my worst enemy! Broken promises, misleading contracts, disorganized, and bottom line overall disaster to deal with! The owner and her staff were very unprofessional at my wedding and of course for the many months to follow! My wedding was over one year ago and we still have not received everything promised! Following the wedding, their communication was extremely poor. My wife and I had to consistently follow up with them to get status updates. After weeks of no responses to our follow ups, we would get random texts saying everything is almost complete and would be ready for pick up sometime the following week. It was all a lie. Our contract stated all documentary and photography editing would be provided within six weeks after all shooting was completed! Biggest lie ever. Our contract also stated 8 hours of video, but afterwards a video would be extra charge. Why would I pay you to shoot for 8 hours but a video isn't provided?! We just received 1 album from our attorney which we hired because the owner kept playing pointless games. But what was promised to us was 2 albums which we have yet to receive along with a edited 20 minute video that the owner promised as well! But the round around with the owner (YOU KNOW WHO YOU ARE) continues. It's embarrassing an adult can't own up to their actions and take initiative to make things right. That's probably why her marriage failed too. I want everyone to know that after posting my initial review, the owner woke up from lala land and started harassing my attorney demanding I take down the review. Threatening to sue me for false accusations. Truth is, I'm just using my first amendment and sharing with the public MY PERSONAL EXPERIENCE WITH THIS BUSINESS. My disaster story is directly correlated with all the other 1 star reviews on this platform. At this point I've considered the loss, but I know karma will prevail and what's deserved will happen. I truly do not like leaving negative reviews for small businesses but Stephanie has crossed all lines! She and the Wind team Shir my wedding in Tulum A YEAR AND 4 MONTHS AGO and I have yet to receive our wedding album! We have of course paid her everything that was owed according to the contract and the tips stephanie and her team received were more than generous. The album alone was $500 and I've been following up with Stephanie via email, calls and texts only to receive no response! What an awful experience... We definitely do not recommend. read more

RUN!!!!!!!!! Everything about this company is a joke. Seeing all of the negative reviews in the past few months just solidifies that. Hiring Wind Productions for my wedding was the worst mistake and my biggest regret. The owner is a pathological liar. She sounds so sweet at first but come the day after your event/ once she's fully paid she'll ghost you. It took them over a YEAR to deliver all of the items that were listed in the contract. We actually had to hire an attorney otherwise we probably wouldn't have ever received it. Also just noting that the quality of work is pure dog shit. I paid for 12 hours of video coverage and got a bunch of random 10 second clips. My 80 year old grandma would've done a better job filming. Do yourself a favor and hire literally anyone else. I hate to write a bad review, but I don't want anyone else to go through what we went through dealing with Wind Productions. We hired Wind productions for our wedding which took place in August of 2021. We hired them for photography and videography. I won't even get into the details of the day of, but the experience was not the best and very stressful/disorganized. Putting all that aside we were very excited to get our photos and videos. LONG STORY SHORT: Until today, 5 months after our wedding, we have NOT received an edited highlight video (changes requested 5 months ago), or an actual wedding video. After asking for it a few times, they sent us a hard drive with photos that we already had, and short clips of random moments of our wedding. The clips had the camera crew talking loudly in the background and blurry footage for most parts. The longest clip provided was from somebody else's wedding!! After bringing this concern up to them, we got the run around once again...now they are claiming a wedding video was not included in our contract. So what did we pay thousands of dollars for?! We paid for 12 hours of videographers but no video is included? Stephanie claimed this is the most popular package, why would anyone pay videographers to video their wedding but not get a copy of the video footage? This was our most special day and we were really looking forward to watching our wedding video. I have tried reaching out to them for the past 3 weeks to see how we can get a wedding video and have not gotten any response. Truly sad that it looks like we will never get to see our wedding video. read more

WOW, where to begin. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. We signed with Stephanie in May for our wedding in September. We reached out 3 weeks ago to begin planning the pre-wedding shoot and to discuss the actual wedding plans and she never responded. Through searching on the internet we discovered she had begun flaking on all her clients either stelaing their deposits outright or not delivering promised materials. She still hasn't responded and as far as we can tell has no intention of returning our deposit. To say we are disappointed in this turn of events is such an understatement. We are now 3 weeks from our wedding and do not have a photographer. They are prepared for just about any situation (even when your couture wedding gown tears thirty minutes before the ceremony-- you bet they'll fix it!) Wind Productions captured our special occasion, their photographers and videographers are highly trained and talented. Their natural looking photography was what we were looking for and that is exactly what we got. They arrived to our wedding venue earlier in order to check out the various locations and to make sure the lighting conditions were on point. Moziko, did an incredible job on our thank you video and was very accommodating when we wanted to make some changes. There are no words to describe how I feel about Moziko and the wind productions staff. I hired them for one of the most important days of my life- my wedding. The results I received were absolutely unbelievable. The team is so talented in everything they do from their picture taking, to their videos, and capturing the "picture perfect moment" throughout the event. Moziko and his wife Stephanie are not only good at what they do, but they are truly the kindest, sweetest, most loving and fun people to work with. Every shoot we had with them before the wedding was truly a blast with just fun and laughter. All I can say is that Moziko and his team are AMAZING. I knew for a fact that they they would be great as my friends had hired Wind Productions for their weddings and their photos were just stunning. However, what I did not expect was the level of professionalism, work ethic, and most importantly, their kindness! There's just so much I could say, but I'll only list a few qualities that I appreciated tremendously: 1) the team was constantly smiling and laughing and celebrating along with us the entire time. 2) their creativity shined through at every moment. Every pose and every shot was taken, adjusted and then re-taken until perfect. There was always at least one team member on the floor in the dirt in bushes (and more) to capture gorgeous and one of a kind shots 3) they stuck to the schedule, yet somehow managed to delegate the time so perfectly and in a way that allowed them to take all necessary shots Not only were they amazing at the wedding, but (unlike most vendors) their level of professionalism did not waiver AFTER the wedding. I did A LOT of research and interviews prior to my wedding day and was most impressed by Moziko's innovative videography. Him and his team are extremely talented and up to date with the latest technology and amazing editing skills. Needless to say, we were SO HAPPY with our "Wedding video" and "Thank you" video. Moziko and his team are fantastic. I was one picky bride when it came to my wedding, and met with several vendors before making a final decision. I also decided not to write a review for Wind Productions until I had received the final product. I was extremely happy, but I knew i would be from the day I signed them. Our pictures are amazing and are video is jaw dropping. They have a very talented team and anyone who uses them will have a one of a kind memory they could never forget. HORRIBLE SERVICE! I JUST got married this past June and had the worst experience with this company. After trying to reach Moziko (head of wind productions) and making a meeting with him he shows up half an hour late...after I decided to book him we signed a contract and I thought i was leaving a happy bride...Moziko does not know how to give respect and listen to his clients and their needs...he was very disrespectful to my mother. I had mentioned to him what I liked and didn't like in his albums and wanted changes, he simply refused to listen...i left the office in tears...it gets worse....ONE WEEK before my wedding Moziko sends me an EMAIL claiming he 'does not think we are a good fit' and he doesn't want to photograph my wedding...! My husband and I got married a little over a year ago. When searching for a photo/videographer, I stumbled upon another couple's 'Thank You' video from Wind Productions and thought to myself how amazing it was - it almost brought me to tears. At that point I knew I had to check him out. Upon meeting with Moziko and seeing his work, I didn't even bother interviewing others - I knew that he was the one for us. I hired him for both video and photos, and am so glad I did. I received my video less than 10 days after our wedding (unbelievable I know). Our Thank You video was produced a few weeks after that (which is a masterpiece), and our 1 hour edit a week after that. We are now putting my album together and he and his assistant, Alex, welcome any input I have on the creative process. They respect me, my opinion, and never treat my wedding as just another job. Their editing process is meticulous and no detail goes left overlooked. Wind Productions is Punctual, Professional, and Artistic in everything they do. Where do I begin? Stephanie and Moziko have to be, by far, the most talented people in this industry. Not only is their work amazing, but they were our favorite vendors to work with during our wedding process. We first saw them at a friends wedding and I noticed Stephanie running around, even laying on the floor between peoples legs to capture the shot she was looking for. Talk about doing whatever it takes to capture a moment! They both make you feel extremly comfortable and guide you during filming. Once I saw their work at my very first photo/video appointment, I knew that I had to use Wind Production as my photographers and videographers. They were the first ones I met with so I still continued my search but after much research and many appointments with other vendors, I ended up booking Wind Productions for my wedding as their work simply was the BEST especially for the prices they were offering. I just finished my album and I cannot say how happy I am with how it looks. I worked with Alex thru this process and she was soooo patient and BRILLIANT especially when it came to the graphics/photoshop/editing. She really worked hard to make the album look exactly like I wanted. Our next step is the longer video edit and I can't wait to see what that looks like. I have watched our short video "thank you" edit like a million times and every time I watch it, I just get so happy as Moziko managed to capture all the beautiful moments in such a creative way. What an amazingly talented group of people! Moziko is very creative and talented and his staff work very well with him... you can feel the friendly and cozy atmosphere between them and it helps to expedite projects as they have very good communication. His skills are unbeatable. He can pull off creating big screen type clips/film using green screen at an individual's budget. The videographers know how to film clips so that they are dynamic and interesting to watch. I truly can't say enough about my amazing wedding video! We found Wind Productions through a popular wedding planner and after watching some of their other clients videos I knew they were the one! Their videos cannot be matched by any others I've ever seen. If you are debating whether or not to get the "Trash the Dress" session, DEFINITELY do it! It adds such a unique twist to your Thank You and full wedding videos! I get so many compliments on the artistry and quality of my video. Truly speaking, NOBODY COMPARES! When planning a wedding it seems that things fall apart every step of the way. Wind productions was the only vendor we had absolutely no problems with. Moziko is extremely passionate about his work and truly cares about making a video to capture the happiness and excitement of the day. During our wedding planning choosing a photographer seem to be one of the biggest challenges. my husband and I wanted to make sure that we chose the right person but there were so many options. I was referred to Mosiko by a friend and I'm so glad that I was. Mosiko's talent and skills at taking pictures of the wedding are second to none. He captured one the best days of our lives in the most extraordinary way. His team of photographers and videographers were simply Amazing! We had an aerial drone which captured our wedding from the top to the end of the skyline of Long Beach. During the trash the dress session our videographer captured our wedding and were able to put in a 5 minutes snapshot. Our wedding was like a movie trailer these were two huge benefits of working with Mosiko. The only BIG disappointment was his office assistant Sandy.
