The LuckyTurn Production team is amazing to work with. We absolutely love the team and the quality of work that they produce. They have the latest gear in making great video and capturing precious moments. The team is friendly, hard working and truly work to the needs of their clients. They can turn a dream into reality with the way they use the environment to bring the videos and photos to life. I recently had a small wedding in Catalina Island which the team came in for to video and photograph the event. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the end result. They captured our day so beautifully. Watching the video takes me back to that magical day. Our extended families, who due to Covid were unable to attend have since watched the video and are just amazed at how eloquently the day was captured. The way they did the final edit of the video left us all in awe of how beautiful the day was. Thank you for giving us this memory that will now never be forgotten. This is a team my husband and I will use again for all memorable events to come that we want the magic to be captured for us. Love, Narine and Travis read more

Erik is a great videographer -- quality is not an issue. My review here stems from an injustice that occured 6 years later. After our wedding, Erik sent us a temporary Google link with the wedding video -- a temporary link that expires. He never told us we have a time limit to download it. We had no idea. A few years later we tried to download it, but the link was expired. I contacted Erik frantically, and he said sorry it's erased, and that he very likely does not have it saved anywhere. I was devastated. My wedding video was gone. In my desperation, I offered him "$500" to find it. He said okay. And the next day he found it, of course. Anyway, he held me hostage to that $500. After the thousands of dollars spent on my wedding video already, he told me that I must pay him the "$500 cost" to receive my own wedding video again. I literally couldn't believe it, and our party planner that introduced him to us couldn't believe it either. He also made a funny, fake invoice outlining a number of costs that amount to exactly the $500 I mentioned. For him to send me my own wedding video. To be fair, he also sent me a physical hard drive with the video. So I'm sure that costed some money. Anyway, I was very grossed out by this ordeal -- and shocked at how low someone can be. read more

It was such a pleasure working with Erik at LuckyTurn Production for my wedding, prewedding, and engagement party. He was recommended to me by another family member, so my husband and I met with him to see if it would be a good fit for us too. Erik is truly a genuine person, and made me feel comfortable during the whole filming process. His positive, fun personality made him easy to work with. He went above and beyond during each of our events to capture amazing shots. His vision was artistically executed during our prewedding shoot, engagement party, and wedding. His videos tell a story, which is why I am obsessed with our pre-wedding teaser and our wedding highlight! I trusted him with the song selections, and each song he chose was perfect for each of the videos. I can't wait to see our wedding video! I would definitely recommend him. Thank you Erik! read more

Not only am I leaving this review as a satisfied customer, but as a very good friend. Eric, and the entire LuckyTurn team have been nothing shy of a blessing to my wife and I. Eric's team filmed my proposal video in 2018, my engagement in 2019, and my wedding in 2022. His video skills are absolutely flawless, he's creative, and a blast to work with. If I could give him 1000 stars, I would. Thank you so much Eric. You have truly outdone yourself time and time again. To everyone reading this, don't think twice. Erik and Mher are the best team!!!! As soon as my wedding planner recommended them, I fell in love with their work. They shot my engagement up in Napa, CA and my wedding. Very friendly and always professional, we couldn't have picked a better team. They went off to explore and find the perfect places for our pictures/videos. We also had some complications with the weather on the day of our wedding, but they did everything to make it work. Even when I forgot to pick up my video for months, Erik kindly offered to mail it and he did. I'm grateful for their professionalism and their amazing work. My husband and I are very pleased with the decision to hire them. read more

I came across a wedding highlight IG video by LuckyTurn a couple years ago, and had to save it because it was the definition of video inspo. When it came time for my own big day, I knew who I would be reaching out to for video services. Erik and his team have been a pleasure to work with on my engagement and wedding videos. Not only is Erik super responsive (more so than other vendors I reached out to), but he truly helped create the beautiful vision I was looking for, using amazing drone shots and getting multiple angles. The creativity and passion that goes into his work is evident. Great experience all around. Thank you, Erik! read more

Used Lucky Turn for my wedding, and pre wedding shoot, and had the best experience ever. First of all, Erik is probably the nicest, most genuine human in the entire world. Really appreciate. Secondly, Erik did such a phenomenal job on our videos, I can't even explain it. I cried the first time I saw our destination video in Iceland, and it's been a week since Erik made our wedding highlight video and I haven't stopped watching it since. There wasn't a single scene I'd want to change or take out. Erik is the type of guy that you just have to trust, and it pays off. Let him do his job and you won't regret it. read more

Eric is the go to guy for any of my videography needs. He has an eye to capture not only beautiful scenery but he is able to capture love and affection through his film. He is very easy to work with. I cannot speak more highly about somebody I have never personally worked with than Erik, but was so moved that I had to share my experience. I got referred to him by a friend and he was easygoing about my needs, he is clearly honest and willing to share his advice or opinions, and he is very responsive. Unfortunately, the event I was having got cancelled, but I wanted to share my experience because Erik showed his true colors in a not so favorable situation. He went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and I look forward to working together in the future as his work captured my eye as extremely creative and no doubt he is passionate and an expert in his field! All my best in these strange times and don't think actions go unnoticed ;) read more

My wife and I had to cancel our dream wedding due to covid, but that didn't stop us from celebrating and still having a backyard wedding. We had an amazing wedding that was filmed with luckyturn. When we got our video I was in shock of how amazing this team, and especially Erik did. They are very professional and very helpful even during difficult and trying times like these. I highly recommend this company and Erik in specific! I would give this company 10 stars if I could. read more

My husband and I truly enjoyed working with Erik/LuckyTurn Production for our wedding. We met with Erik prior to signing with him and we instantly clicked; he was extremely genuine and friendly and treated us as though we had been his best friends for years. After meeting with him and looking at samples of his work we hired him. He is very talented! He makes you feel comfortable while filming and captures all important moments. Unlike many videographers, he has a reasonable turn around time so you will receive your highlight and wedding video timely. I've rewatched mine multiple times, and LOVE it. As soon as my single friends watched the highlight video, they asked for his contact information for the future. I would definitely recommend hiring him and will use him again for future events. Adding to this review: my husband hired someone else to film the proposal (we didn't know Erik at the time) and our video was truly horrible. We sent the raw footage to Erik and he fixed it up. He had to work with BAD footage to create something good for us, and he pulled it off! read more

We worked with Erik and Mher (MTH Photographers) for our wedding and we could not have asked for a better team. Living in Arizona, I wasn't able to meet Erik until a week before the wedding. I was so blown away by his creative and unique videos that I knew I would be in great hands. Even so, he still exceeded all my expectations. For one thing, he is such a sweetheart. He made my husband and I feel so comfortable throughout the day. Erik, Mher, and the team were making us laugh nonstop. He also has a vision in mind and would direct unique shots. It is obvious he loves what he does and will go the extra mile to make his clients happy. We just received our highlight video and we are SO impressed. I don't know how he successfully managed to squeeze a full day into 4 minutes. We were so lucky to find LuckyTurn Pro to film our wedding. Before finding Erik, I was stressed out trying to find a "good" videographer. Honestly, the video is the most important source to go to when it comes down to remembering your special day. Everyone from family, friends, and strangers that I had spoken to before my wedding shared with me their horror stories about their wedding videos. They all told me to make sure I was flexible with my budget when it came down to my wedding video. With this in mind, I was left feeling pressured with my research on finding the perfect videographer. I knew in my head exactly what I wanted, but trying to explain that OMG good luck for them. Someone we know referred LuckyTurn Pro. After researching many videographers. I checked out Erik's portfolio and also felt a sense of ease when we spoke. I honestly felt like he read my mind from the get go. I was horrified at the fact I would have to explain what I wanted, but Erik took the thoughts right out of my head. He was a pleasure to have around on our wedding day. He was professional, calming (as the bride, I would have my moments. Erik kept me calm and happy), reliable, and attentive. The day of your wedding you don't tend to remember what you want. You are just in the moment so it's up to your videographer to be diligent and remember what you told them you wanted for you. I got exactly what I wanted and more. My wedding tape is exceptional and best part, he was affordable. I would recommend him to my family and friends. You will not be disappointed. read more
