Her fun personality allowed us to enjoy our photo ops during and after the ceremony. She captured great candid moments and kept up with me as I ran around crazily trying to get pictures with all my guests! Also, allowing her to do a first look, broke the ice and paved the way for a smooth wedding day. The turnaround time for our photos was right on time and the pictures came out absolutely gorgeous! We had hundreds of great options to choose from, making it almost impossible to select what we want included in our printed album J Ceri's communication throughout the process was always prompt, professional and friendly. I would absolutely refer her to friends and family for events, weddings, etc.

In a town full of photographers giving 'discounts' and 'specials' and everything else, Jade stands…read moreabove. Let me try to break it down: 1. She's extremely creative and an artist. She's got a unique eye, which is what you want in a photographer. She shoots enough to get choices, but knows when she's got the shot. Also, her backgrounds and shot suggestions are A+. 2. Jade is a photographer for the PASSION - not the money. She doesn't charge an exorbitant amount, because she doesn't need to. 3. CHOICES. You'll get a ton of images you love and Jade will offer suggestions, and even unconventional suggestion such as switching out the smile of one kid or another to get the best shots of each person. I could go on and on - but Jade's amazing. You should just accept that. LOL. I've used her probably about 15 times in the last 3 years: My nieces birth, my kids Christmas photos and photos w/ grandma, my girls' birthday photos, my mom's photos w/ the grandkids, etc. Feel free to DM me with any questions. After weeks of waiting and making over a dozen trips to the delivery address to check for the prints, I contacted the company. I was told by Betsy that the order was "lost in the mail." That's it. No real solution, no accountability. What's unacceptable is that they sent paid orders with no tracking. Apparently, they're willing to be cheap with shipping while customers are left dealing with the fallout. I paid a premium expecting prompt, reliable delivery -- not to chase down a missing order. To make matters worse, Betsy's attitude during the conversation was dismissive and unhelpful, as if this inconvenience was somehow my problem instead of theirs. At this point, I'm still out the prints, out the time, and left with zero resolution. The least they could do is provide the digital copies for free, but even that hasn't been offered. Poor service, poor communication, and no ownership of their mistake. I would not recommend ordering from them unless you're willing to risk your money and time.

Sorting through all the LA newborn photographers was difficult - we didn't know what to look for and couldn't book too far in advance since due to..childbirth! I reached out a few days after our baby came and Helen got back to me within a few hours with her availability and sent her a deposit via Venmo. She's converted her guest house into a studio and has tons of outfits, headbands, wraps & props. Not knowing what to expect we brought a few stuffed animals and outfits, but only used her items. She works with an assistant who helps handle, dress & pose the baby and completely customized the entire shoot to our preferences as opposed to a script of setups & going through the motions. She was so receptive and completely put us at ease (she and her assistant have spent much more time around newborns that we have, we even picked up a few handling tips!). Website is fantastic with detailed instructions & transparent pricing. Out little lass did great and after a few hours left feeling we made the BEST decision and can't wait for our next session.

I have received at least 25-30 images that I think are amazing from each photoshoot that we have done and most were mini photoshoots 30 min. Her turnaround time is also faster than any other photographer I have used and her prices are so reasonable. I highly recommend her.

The studio was a decent size and clean. I was there for quite some time. It was not a quick process compared to the first newborn session. I had with my eldest daughter. I was told I would be receiving the photos within 30 days. I never received the photos. I do quite a bit of modeling, and our family is decently known. Looking for a Newborn Photographer and the Los Angeles area, I was actually referred to by a friend. With all of the modeling and family photographers I've worked with I've never experienced this type of delay in response or demeanor in a business owner. I contacted Kristine on multiple occasions (4) as shown through text and email. When I finally suggested today, I will need to reach out to my attorney ( not because of the money but because I wanted the photos, this is a memory that most all parents want) she finally replied. Her demeanor was completely unbecoming and truly filthy. She sent me screenshots that somehow showed my email. I'm not sure if it was a login screen or a contact screen but she had said I saw the photos in September, which I had not. I have absolutely no reason to argue with a struggling business owner. I was just reaching out to get the photos I needed after the fifth time contacting her for a service I paid for. She blatantly called me a liar in these messages. All I wanted was my photos that I had paid for and help accessing whatever it was that a lot of me the opportunity to see them . I would not let my children around this woman, or even refer anybody to her ever again. That aura is absolutely filthy to have a newborn around.. and you might not get your pictures for eight months! She should have been more professional and apologetic, rather than antagonizing. I will be contacting most all outlets and using my social media platform as well as others. This is a very fragile time for mothers/ families behavior, and the text after you read is not something that any newborn mother would want to tolerate.
