I did my headshots with Mary-Lou and she is a master at spotting nuances of authenticity that make headshots stand out. I have been getting many auditions since shooting with her. She is kind, professional, and understands the difference between commercial and theatrical needs. I would highly recommend booking a session with her read more

I have shopped many photo & film businesses for a commercial for my budding company. There has been many that literally try to give me a quote in the high numbers and their outline of services have been pathetic and unprofessional. Then blissfully, Mary Lou came along with her unmatched professionalism. Her outline of services was just phenomenal. She gave me the attention even though she knew that I was not going obtain her services. That is the type of treatment only client oriented companies have. Once my budget for my commercial is up to par I will most definitely obtain Mary Lou's services. read more

I have done a few different projects with 3Cubed Studios - videos, head shots etc. Not only are they super professional, they are very fun to work with. I immediately felt I could be myself around them. Mary Lou is very skilled at bringing out the best in you and capturing it on film; she also has a true artist's eye. I felt very comfortable from the get go working with them, and the results were also excellent; I've gotten a great response from my potential clients and on social media etc; in fact I got new consultations coming in the very same day my husband and I posted some new pics on Facebook! Overall, the experience has been very positive, from the "who" to the "what". I would not hesitate to recommend 3 cubed studios for your next project. read more

Headshots done with Ease. I have been modeling professionally for 15 years yet I always dread taking new headshots. Something about it is very uncomfortable, this was NOT the case at 3 cubed studios. I was 100% comfortable and actually had fun. Mary and Justin are so laid back it made my session easy, Their professionalism was beyond comparison. Justin asked what kind of music I liked and happily cranked some Motley Crue on Pandora to help loosen me up. Mary has been on the other end of the camera before so she knows what its like and knew just what to say and do to help me get a natural smile. I also had a Fitness shoot with them, Mary is no stranger to this. She herself has been a fitness model and knew tricks how to make my muscles look defined without my face looking exerted. They were happy to have me bring my own make up artist and allow him to stay to do touch ups doing the shoot. Justin helped with the lighting and was quick to let me know if I had a hair out of place ( I know it seems minor but having minimal probs in the original photo to prevent photo shop is a big plus in my book) During the shoot Mary would have me take a peek at the camera to see what it was looking like to make sure I was content. Once we filled up one disc Justin loaded them on the computer while Mary and I continued shooting. At the end of the session they showed me the photos on the computer assuring my satisfaction. I left with a disc of all the photos in my hand and smile on my face. The prices are great and they often run specials. Quality product, easy comfortable session. I will be using them again and HIGHLY RECCOMEND 3 Cubed Studios. read more

Headshots are a necessity for all actors/models. Too often than not it ends up being a big hassle with pictures that aren't 100% you. That is not the case with 3 Cubed Studios. Mary has a way to see straight through the lens and into your soul to capture the true you that is different (and of course bookable!) My manager and I are incredibly pleased with the results and the casting directors seem to be as well as I've been getting brought in more and more. Thank you Justin and Mary for opening your studio to me. I look forward to shooting with you again :) read more

After attending a couple of events at 3 Cubed Studios, I rented their space for my film production meeting. Having the use of the tables, chairs, couch, and projector was perfect. Parking was easy, the space was customizable, we could move into the beautiful yard for relaxing during breaks, lunch, or while working. We were able to store any drinks in the mini fridge. It was perfect, private, uninterrupted time away from any distractions, allowing us to truly focus. The owners are so nice and were extremely accommodating. They were there to answer any questions and help us out with technological issues when we had them. They were knowledgeable and helpful. I would highly recommend working with 3 Cubed. You will not be disappointed! read more

Mary Lou was the photographer that worked with the cast of Radical Dating: Finding Lasting Love After 40 to create new photos for our online dating profiles. She made what could have been awkward -- having your pictures taken, while being filmed and all for a reality dating show -- casual, comfortable and fun. And, had I been more assertive in the make up chair about less being more, for me, I would have happily used them. She captured so many great expressions and encouraged me to show multiple sides of myself. And yet, with all the make up I had on, which she had nothing to do with, none of the finished shots felt authentically me. You can see her in action in Episode 5, http://radical-dating.com/episode-5-radical-dating-online-dating/ (minutes 02:45-03:30). read more

3 cubed studios is a magical place ! You can feel that right when you walk in the door. Mary Lou and Justin are so friendly and inviting that you could really hang out with them all day! Mary Lou is a great photographer that uses indoor studio space with beautiful outdoor light to get you a great headshot! She put on music for my shoot to get me in the mood for my different looks which I LOVED! And Justin is a great director, and is happy to help you get to the place you want to be. After your shoot they give you your photos right then and there, and they even made a Dropbox link for me to show my agent. Amazing. I had an amazing experience working with Mary Lou Sandler at 3cubedstudios. From the moment I walked into her studio she put me right at ease and immediately began collaborating with me to ensure that I was able to execute the vision I had established in my private headshot coaching with Coach Clay Banks at CBSI. She has a great eye and an exceptional attention to detail. She puts a ton of thought and effort into making you look your best. She doesn't over shoot and she is just so much fun to work with.
