Its location was between two cities and depending on the various fees that the city may charge it could either attract or deter my investors. I was able to get some specific answers from the city codes people here and they were quite helpful despite the fact that they had a guy who was throwing a fit in the room. Apparently he begin remodeling on a house before he applied for the proper licensing and now he realizes it's going to cost him several thousands more dollars than he had anticipated....I feel for the guy but it's not the city worker's fault....take it up with your state representative... Any time, including today, when I've ever been there or called with a question they are the least helpful people I've ever encountered. They seem totally uninterested in answering questions or assisting someone. It's not just one or two people; and other than the guards at the entrance ( they're always helpful) the rest of the staff are deer in the headlights if you ask them something. Why are they even there?

I love Tribble Mill. I've been coming here with my clients from work since 2020 and have had many…read morelovely, peaceful, reflective walks here. This is one of my favorite parks in Gwinnett. I feel like it has something for everyone. There are steeper trails to challenge yourself and plenty of flat , paved paths for all who might have balance issues or just want to take a smooth stroll. There is so much to check out, I have not been around the entire park on foot yet. I just recently discovered the back end where it turns into the Harris Greenway Trail. The park is a great place for a picnic at one of the many pavilions, fishing or kayaking on the lake, biking, playing outdoor games with plenty of areas to spread out, etc. and the facilities are always clean when I've been here (pavilions and bathrooms). It's just an overall, great tranquil park. You can even bring your horses here, if you have them. Highly recommend this park if you haven't been yet.

She could have said we will allow it this time due to you're an A-List member and we have not been enforcing said policy... but no, she just wanted to stick to her script like a robot.
