It's a fun class but at the same time it feels like an individual workout. If a particular exercise was too hard for me, there's no judgement when I modified it. (Hard pass on Burpies) The coaches were supportive, encouraging, and focused on helping you push yourself. They were all friendly, fun, and cared to know me as a person more than just a member. With the variety of coaches, you will find a coach that matches your style and needs. I found all of them great! (Thank you Nick, Lori, Tori, Jeffrey, Joelle and Sam!!!!) The workout combinations made me focus on punches rather than other life stresses. (It's hard to think about work when my brain is thinking 'jab, uppercut, slip, hook, hook' on repeat). I loved that my kids saw me grow stronger and healthier while there. They saw me and the female coaches as roll models for strength and power. I've become more confident, fitness focused, less stressed, powerful and skinner! To anyone considering joining- Do it! It is a great workout with great coaches in a welcoming supportive fun environment.

I am seeking a specific resolution which include Title Boxing Club Loudoun Station to refund and credit the amount of $1,215 back to my credit card. After several email and phone communications between myself and owner of Title Boxing Club Loudoun Station, Joe M******on August 27th and 28th, he responded refund is not an option for personal training packages as per contract. I asked at least three times via email and phone to provide a copy of that contract for my review and depicting the refund policy/terms and condition. To date, I have not received a copy of this contract. Furthermore, my membership/contract expired on or around September 24th, 2019 and contract was never renewed. After September 24th, 2019, I continued to purchase personal training sessions on an ad-hoc basis and did not sign a separate contract for personal training. I ask the owner to help me understand why a refund is not in scope when there is NOT a contract in place between myself and Title Boxing Club Loudoun Station. To address this matter, I am asking Attorney General of Virginia Consumer Protection to intervene and support my request to have Title Boxing Club Loudoun Station to refund the amount of $1,215 and credited back to my credit card/checking account. Potential customers should know there were three other complaints filed against Title Boxing Club Loudoun Station via Better Business Bureau and regarding "contractual issues" as well. If this is the type of business practice that represent Title Boxing Club as a whole, I would never give my business to this entity again. Additionally, Joe M****** stated he tried to refund the amount back to my account, but did not have my account number. This is not true as I never received a call or an email from Joe requesting for my account number in order to refund the money and to my account. Afterwards I went in, they told me to wrap up, so I did, then the trainer was like" you need the other wraps", before she could even give them to me she was like you may have to reschedule. I shouldn't have to I was ready, and I came in at the same time the other girl came in, sooo why do I need to reschedule? I could have stayed, I just think they was kind of rude and didn't help me out at all, highly would not recommend!

It's a great balance of technical drills but also having lots of fun as the reward. The coaches are great and the kids look up to them, fully engaged and are adorable in their big Muay Thai shorts :P Head Instructor Kru Chris Aboy has an amazing personality and teaching style. His encyclopedic knowledge and teaching methodology is phenomenal. He can read each student individually while also making adjustments to the class as a whole depending on where everyone is at with the previous drill. You don't feel left behind at all. Coach James is amazing as well leading the partner drills and demos (for both Kids + Adults). In general, Phase 1 covers fundamental techniques including movement, defense, attacks, and counters through progressive partner drills. Coaches will demo technique, then go around reading students and providing helpful corrections and explaining the reasons why. Calistechnics and shadowboxing in-between rounds really push the conditioning. Controlled sparring drills towards the end adds just enough unpredictability yet retaining safety and technique. Phase 2 builds upon Phase 1 and adds in more advanced drills, focusing on more advanced strategies and technical sparring. For seasoned nak muay, TAG offers an in-depth knowledge and well rounded in all aspects. I really love their elbow/knee/clinch game. Nothing is watered down at all. I learned a LOT of new details to improve my technique is just one session. Most importantly, I felt taken care of and safe the entire time.
