Unfortunately that was not a realistic option for this procedure but the NP Brianne Beggs came in to thoroughly explain the process, what she'd be doing, and also why a local anesthetic wasn't an option. She was very patient and genuinely cared about my concern. The procedure was painless as no biopsy was needed after all, but she made me feel at ease knowing if there was any pain I could stop at any point. It was so refreshing to feel heard and really appreciated the extra time she spent with me to help calm my nerves.

Throughout my girlfriends pregnancy our due date changed more then a hand full of times. Dr Mason told us one thing and the staff and nurses said another even though he told us every visit that he would update her file so this could be corrected....that never happened. Due to this our C-Section was rescheduled multiple times and we had to correct the staff on the due date multiple times as well citing what the Doctor had told us. We ended up delivering early without the C-Section on the day we were scheduled a OB appointment. We were unable to get a hold of staff to cancel our appointment so we left a voicemail. Only for them to call a few days later asking to reschedule and to change our C-Section date yet again and saying we must have called the wrong number because they never received the voicemail. For the follow up OB appointment after our baby was born the nurse was unaware that we ended up delivering the baby without a C-Section even after we spoke to staff to update them but the nurse proceeded to look for the C Section stitches which she obviously would never find. She was so surprised by this that she did not look at my girlfriends private parts even after a vaginal birth. The staff is nice and welcoming but they struggle to all be on the same page and when little detail get missed regarding health that can be a scary thing .

I was treated poorly by a midwife/nurse practitioner during my visit. She was dismissive, unprofessional, and made me feel completely unheard and disrespected. I expected compassion and professionalism, but instead I left feeling humiliated and frustrated. I reported the incident to the nursing board because no patient should ever be treated that way, especially in a women's health setting where trust and empathy are crucial. My wife was told she would not be able to conceive for years and to our surprise this miracle happened! We were referred here from a family friend. My wife is a high risk pregnancy and she is currently at 22 weeks. The first few appointments we left feeling uneasy about everything they made us more scared about everything than comforting. For the last two weeks my wife and I have been trying to contact them to find out when our next appointment will be as it seems to have been too far since the last. They never returned our calls despite leaving multiple messages. We were put on hold several times and finally were able to get ahold of the receptionist after weeks of trying. She had told us that she would need to see if the Dr could even see my wife as a patient furthermore since there was a month or so ago between appointments in which they did not inform either one of us. She told us to call back after the weekend so she could talk to the dr and after calling right now we are enraged at this extremely unprofessional medical practice. My wife is in tears and a high risk patient and they had told us we can no longer be a patient their because of the gap. Even though it was their fault for not informing us or scheduling her appointment. And she even had the nerve to say we will release your medical files as soon as possible IF YOU CAN EVEN FIND A DR THAT WILL TAKE YOU THIS FAR ALONG!
