I had an epidural a couple of weeks ago, and had several unusual symptoms I had never experienced. I put THREE calls into his office regarding 3 unusual symptoms and got one call back handling only one of the symptoms. I called again at night so the medical assistant would call me first thing in the morning, saying I was still concerned about my symtpoms and wanting to see the doctor and NEVER got a call back! The medical assistant is the conduit between the patient and the doctor and his medical assistants is unprofessional and doesn't seem to care for Dr. Guinto's patients. I'm frustrated and disappointed.

Update: I ended up moving forward with a procedure, only to have my follow up appointment canceled…read more They called me on a Saturday and said the doctor wouldn't be there. They rescheduled me for a week after the priorly scheduled appointment. Then they called and left me a voicemail canceling that appointment. I called the office back and they said the next appointment was months out and they'd have 'Zoe' call me. Well I never got rescheduled and never got ahold of anyone. Still no follow up appointment months later. Honestly this place is the WORST office I've ever been to. I give up. You can BET they are calling me to pay my bill though, so that's lovely. Bottom line is they push hundreds of people in and out of this place and money is all they care about. ----------------------------------------------- I saw Dr. Guinto who seemed genuine and listened to my concerns. At my first visit I had to arrive an hour early where I then waited almost two hours to be called back into the room. I then got my MRI. MRI department was wonderful. No complaints there. I had some issues trying to determine why this doctor suddenly said out of network when a week earlier it said he was in network (my insurance ended up solving the issue). The office staff was of ZERO help. They have been so rude when I have called in. Now I'm trying to schedule a follow up appointment, and they are over a month and a half out AND do not care about working around your schedule. As much as I appreciated Dr. Guinto, I'm going to try to find another doctor and go here as an absolute last resort. I have a M-F job and cannot spend 3-4 hours total waiting to be seen by a doctor. It's very difficult to even get the time off for a visit as Is.

I was referred by my primary care physician to receive chiropractor services. Once you arrive there is parking available due to the other medical offices on the site. The clinic was clean and the receptionist greeted you as soon you entered the front door. Heads up if you are a new patient obtain the paperwork beforehand, read, sign and complete it and return it to their office for your first appointment. Due to I did not have to come an extra 15 to twenty minutes to fill out forms. I waited in the lobby area for about 10 to 15 minutes until I seen by Dr. Shane Seibert. Once seen by the provider we went over my issues and was evaluated. Overall, I did receive great care for the treatment services at Dynamic Integrative Health at the initial visit. They offer chiropractor care and physical therapy services on site.

When I started going I had pain in my left knee, lower/upper back and neck. I can 100% say that during the time I've been going I have been relieved of my pain. The physical therapy, exercises & chiropractic treatments have greatly helped. I like that once your treatment is done they don't just cut you loose. You walk away with exercises and stretches that you can do in your own to help with any issues and you also go back for monthly adjustments. I would definitely recommend them to any of my family, friends and coworkers.

I was referred to see a specialist who needlessly called to conduct in-house imaging that he didn't do much with (...is that just to charge me more). This guy has a god complex, assumes that others are supposed to care about his micro specialty areas or his academic/medical interests (based on his online profiles). It's very "pick me" "look at me". Why do doctors do this now? Where's the authentic care for patients. It's not anymore about genuinely wanting to help patients, see eye to eye with them, understand their pain, help quickly. I didn't feel like I was helped even though I was seen in a visit. It went nowhere. Are they just collecting my information to safeguard it and not help with any medical diagnosis? The front office staff is a separate complaint. Obtaining images or visit summaries from them was a nightmare. I remember being bounced back and forth between calls with different women in the front with really not a lot of work getting done on my behalf. They treated me as if it's my job to paperwork push, do all the legwork for document transfer. Earth to reception it's not the patient's job to perform administrative jobs and to perform many phone calls in order to advocate for themself. I don't know what ever happened to simply take note of what patients need and crossing off the list as they get done. Messages don't get passed between staff nor are a priority when we aren't around. The front staff fumbled in the handling of insurance clearance and other related things. I never got follow up and I never got help. They make it the patient's job to keep rescheduling and by this time our insurances fluctuate. Lack of continuation of care is a real issue here, and these Doctor's just refer patients to their Doctor friends in other specialties and muddy the water. We are coming for relief not to keep continually be referred somewhere else. You are getting paid to fix peoples problems now do your best to fix them while they are in your office! My patient responsibility was about $500+ for not getting the help I needed. If I recall... they drafted the bill with wrong cpt codes.. Dr Kollmorgen... try harder. Whoever runs it should hire better and more professional staff
