The PA there, while a nice guy, did not do much of an exam (actually, he didn't do any physical assessment ) and sent me home with a pat on the head. I happened to have an apt with this provider 2 days later, and wasn't even sure if I should keep it since the ER provider declared me to be fine. However, I felt so terrible I decided to go. Lucky decision on my part! He took one look at me and quickly referred me for an UTS. I don't want to say too much on a public forum like Yelp, but suffice to say I was quickly admitted to the hospital and had surgery 5 days later. Dr Goswami is truly a wonderful caring man. If you choose to see him, you will not be sorry.

When I called to confirm my appointment, I proactively offered to provide my new insurance details, and I was instructed to bring the card with me. However, upon arrival, I was informed that a new referral was required despite being an established patient with a point-of-service plan. What was most concerning, however, was the unprofessional conduct I encountered from the front office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and a lack of knowledge regarding insurance procedures, which further complicated an already frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Dr. Goswami is an excellent provider, and I have always appreciated his care. However, based on my experience, I believe the front office staff and management need to be addressed to ensure that patients are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve!

To help others. The nurses are always nice. The doctors are wonderful and I say Dr Sanchez at first then Dr Femi the last year. Both are wonderful. Dr Femi who is my current Doctor always went above to help me. He is truly a gift from God. The way he is helping me with my pain is just more than what I even hoped for. In long: I scheduled here because they told me they handled intrathecal pump refills. My current doc doesn't take my insurance anymore so I've been calling trying to find a new place.They said they could take over. I waited almost 3 hours to be seen past my appointment time! Then to be told they don't do pumps! I had told 3 employees what I needed to be seen for!!! So wasted weeks getting a referral, my chart being sent, and waiting for the appt. Time I could have used to find another doctor! A pump going dry can be fatal! They literally risked my life wasting this precious time! It's dirty! Looks like someone thrifted medical equipment from a place that had pulled it from a dumpster. The "nurse" who helped me had hickeys on her neck and was wearing Victoria's Secret blinged work out clothes.Thick girls (I'm big so no hate) can wear skin tight if they want but it wasn't professional. They told me my blood pressure was high and they'd recheck it. Critically high! 210/105! They never rechecked. I was in crazy pain so the nurse said that was why but I've never been that high, not even close! After the NP informed me they didn't do pumps that was it. NP was a jerk. Like I was the idiot for expecting them to do the refill and not because their employees told me they did it! They then told me I owed the copay. I asked for what? They wasted 3 hours of my time, really weeks! I would never have gone had they been honest they didn't do pumps!!! Nice scam! Mind you as I'm waiting the front desk girls are having me wait while they talk about social media post! "look at what my (ex?) posted. Why are they still thinking of me?" WTF cares!? How about doing your job not making someone wait while you scroll? Weird concept I know but on brand for this shit show of an office! So then she runs my card and tells me it's declined. I tell her funds are there. Already fuming because why am I paying when your employee lied!? She tries multiple times. Tells me declined. I ask if there is a way to pay online, she tells me yes then blank stare. Ok how?! She doesn't know! Yada yada she calls someone else and surprise it goes thru. She tells me it will be $20. Later I look and she actually charged $25. Gets even better! Today I get a weird text from some company about a bill due. It's this scam of a hell hole!! Saying what you ask? That I owe $20? $25? No! $30! This place is beyond disgusting. Ambulance chaser version of a "doctor's" office! Gross office, unprofessional staff, and an all out scam! GMFU There were several people filling out new patient packets. I thought maybe it was because it was new patient day. No. No it's because NOBODY returns! Okay, I hope I've said enough for you to hold your own health in high enough regard to steer clear of this place. **I tell the "nurse" while she takes my entire medical history (the history they just had me write out in minute detail in the waiting room) that I have ABPA. A lung disease. I say the abbreviation and the full name and in short Aspergillosis. She types away for a minute then turns the computer toward me asking "is this it?". She had "osteoporosis" on the screen. Yes. Yes, the ole osteoporosis lung disease. Are my leg bones connected to my lung bones? Yes, I know it's not a common disease and hard to spell, but just ask. I would like to think someone working at a pain clinic knows what osteoporosis is and that it's not in fact found in the lungs and doesn't start with any of the letters of ABPA.
