It was refreshing to hear that. Many doctors will turn you away and won't listen but not this one. When I told him about my pain he immediately did an exam on me and figured out the problem. The physicians job is not to assist, it's obviously to placate you and move you out the door as quickly as possible. I had an epidural procedure there and the pain in both legs is now absolutely unbearable. I can stand for 5 minutes at best. Told the director who, again didn't care. Order another MRI sent me out the door. No anti-inflammatory, no help whatsoever. Just take my money and move me along. Horrible experience each time.

Dr. Ky is my 3 rd pain management dr. And I have had 3 physical therapists and a chiropractor. I was taking 150mcg patches of fentanyl with 8 norco 10 mgs and optional morphine pills. First visit with Dr Ky and he had something to try. Second visit we found there was little to no relief so he had another idea. Within 60 days Dr. Ky has had me 80% less pain taking just a couple tramadol in the morning for the whole day. I sleep, I play with my children, I'm back in school and working. I could not do any of those before Dr. Ky. My insurance doesn't want to do anything but pay for meds, and we still make it work. He really wants people to feel better and mo e on. He really is looking for non medication solutions to pain for EVERYONE. So expect to hear something crazy, he is the only one doing a lot of these things. They are tried and tested and working. If you want pills, go to lags. If you want relief from pain and solutions for a better life, this is the Dr. for you. His waits are getting worse but that's because the good news is out. The PA there, while a nice guy, did not do much of an exam (actually, he didn't do any physical assessment ) and sent me home with a pat on the head. I happened to have an apt with this provider 2 days later, and wasn't even sure if I should keep it since the ER provider declared me to be fine. However, I felt so terrible I decided to go. Lucky decision on my part! He took one look at me and quickly referred me for an UTS. I don't want to say too much on a public forum like Yelp, but suffice to say I was quickly admitted to the hospital and had surgery 5 days later. Dr Goswami is truly a wonderful caring man. If you choose to see him, you will not be sorry.

However, upon arrival, I was informed that a new referral was required despite being an established patient with a point-of-service plan. What was most concerning, however, was the unprofessional conduct I encountered from the front office staff. From the moment I walked in, I was met with rudeness and a lack of knowledge regarding insurance procedures, which further complicated an already frustrating situation. Unfortunately, the office manager was not able to assist me in resolving the issue, and her attitude mirrored the unhelpful and dismissive behavior of the front desk team. Dr. Goswami is an excellent provider, and I have always appreciated his care. However, based on my experience, I believe the front office staff and management need to be addressed to ensure that patients are treated with the courtesy and professionalism they deserve!

Other drs wouldn't even see me for a consultation once I would tell the receptionist my history of already having surgery on my ankle. Dr. Witmer did see me and made sure that I add exhausted all of the other avenues before doing the surgery. When it came to the surgery he explained that he had done research (8 to be exact) on my particular problem so he could do the best repair as possible. He was ready for what he might come across when he got in to the injury area. Now I am 2 weeks out from my surgery and doing great. I am healing fine and was given very clear instructions what I could and could not do in order for optimal results Dr. Witmer came in several times today while the tech was removing my staples to check on how things were going. Then he spent time with me, answered my questions and never acted like he wanted to rush through my appointment so he could get to the next patient. So Dr. Witmer is a wonderful choice if you are looking for an orthopedic surgeon. You can be comfortable knowing you will be well taken care of.

My recent surgery to repair an inguinal hernia was performed by Dr. Russel Martin, and I can tell you with absolute confidence that it was the easiest surgical experience of my life. Dr. Martin is a very good-natured man who exudes and inspires confidence that clearly comes, not from arrogance, but from experience, genuine skill, and dedication to his profession. All of my questions were answered ... all of my concerns were addressed. Dr. Martin was both patient and articulate. His team in the office and at the hospital (St. Agnes) were top-flight and made me feel very well cared for the entire time. My anesthesiologists were flawless. On a scale of 1-10 my post-op pain level never got past a 4 and my recovery has been rapid (two weeks later I am in the pool swimming laps and feeling fine) I feel none of the common post-op discomfort sometimes caused by the injection of CO2. I am 78 and Dr. Martin, made sure that I was ok for the procedure by sending me to Dr. Khoi Le (also an excellent doctor) for a cardiac clearance. As I said, surgery is stressful, but I can honestly say that Dr. Martin is the best I could hope for, and I remain very satisfied and grateful for his help in improving the quality of my life. They "sent out the referral" after my appointment. I waited over 3 months for the radiology place to receive it. That was due to this office's incompetence. I called weekly and was informed it was sent out when it was not. I had to come in person to grab the paper version and two days later it was received electronically... ironic. Then I was quoted over 1,000 dollars for an MRI with insurance for my lower back because it was sent out to a hospital instead of a radiology clinic. I decided not to go since I was moving and wanted to do it in the state I was moving to. I called a month later after moving and asked for that referral to be transferred to the state I am now living in and was told "you actually owe us money" and I said "well I called to ask if this question can be answered and if this can be done" and they said "no, we cannot do that." They are money hungry and unwilling to help when I know that could've been done. Definitely do not recommend.
