We were very pleased with his attentiveness and he made sure that we had all of our questions answered. Our inspection report was processed and downloaded within 1 business day (minus the radon test--which takes a few days). We were very happy with the timelines of the process. There is also an online portal through which you can schedule, sign contract agreements, and view your inspections. And, if you have trouble with anything, you can reach out them through via email, which is usually responded to quickly. VBInspect came highly recommended to us, and we're happy to highly recommend them to anyone else.

The home is older and we had some obvious concerns going into the inspection that we relayed to John beforehand. He arrived right on time and we chatted about what to expect from him, what I would want to be involved in during the inspection and he got right to work. At the end of his inspection, he walked me through the home inch by inch pointing out both good and bad and explained everything in detail. He even showed me where the water main was in case of emergency as well as what was where within breaker boxes, etc. After buying and selling many homes over the years, I can honestly say that this was the most detailed and honest inspection I have ever been a part of.
