We come here often simply because it's close to the office, but the quality of my veggie omelette depends on who's manning the kitchen that day. Seriously, I'm surprised how different a vegetable omelette can look here, depending on the cook. So, consistency is not their strong suit. Also, the omelette itself, while enormous, is just okay and quite often has mealy tomatoes in it. The avocado toast has also been served to us untoasted (avocado bread?)... Look, it ain't gourmet, but for a basic breakfast, it'll do.

I was also happy as usual, with special thanks to Eugenia. This time I had their Bacon Cheeseburger which really hit the spot. Mind you, it tasted pretty much like any other bacon cheeseburger but I loved how generous they were with the bacon! Bacon is life, afterall. Also, the burger was huge. I can't believe I actually ate the whole thing. I guess it was that good that I didn't want to really take any home. Instead, I brought home the rest of the fries and their delicious gravy. 4/5. Speaking of their gravy, make sure you get a side of gravy if you're going to have fries. It's absolutely delicious and the portion is big that 2-3 people can share it. 5/5. Now, their coffee is probably the best out there next to McDonald's. It's so good that I actually had about a cup and a half with my burger. I mean, who has coffee with a burger?? 5/5

Amazing food and birthday week treat!…read more I came here during a weekday for my birthday week, and the atmosphere was nice and quiet with only a few tables occupied. The portions are huge, which is fantastic! I definitely recommend trying the croffle with strawberry and Nutella--it is the best combination ever--and I am completely obsessed with their tater tots. It is a tad overpriced for breakfast overall; I ordered a combo that included eggs, sausage, tater tots, and bread, and upgraded the side to a croffle, bringing my single meal to around $30 after everything. Despite the price, the massive portions and delicious food make it a great spot to treat yourself!

Super delicious, warm, and an amazing choice for brunch (10/10) you must try!!! Our servers are always super kind, striking up conversation and radiating positivity. I'd definitely go back again for some delicious eats, and catch up with some friends or family.

Standards were set high from there on out as we loved Galaxie Diner. We loved the retro look and feel of the place, inside and out. Great, fun sign on the front. Indoors were 50's style tables and seating, very colorful and whimsical. The large murals and smaller art depicting stars and scenes from the 50's were fun and provided some good photo ops. Our server was so friendly and kind, amenable to a bit of conversation which was nice. They accommodated us to split a milkshake between two of us and anything else we asked for. The food was quite good, served hot and fresh. We wanted to visit again before our trip was done but time didn't allow us to. Prices were what you would expect. My table ordered an omelette, a burrito, and pancakes along with coffee. Texmex Messy Burrito - Scrambled eggs, although this one was not served as advertised, since it was more like an omelette instead of scrambled eggs. This seemed to disappoint one picky eater at our table who was also upset that the bacon wasn't crispy enough. Inside the burrito was soft non-crispy bacon, green pepper, cheddar cheese, and there was salsa verde drizzled on top, served with lightly salted home fries and fresh fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple). Cowboy Omelette - It had ham, onion, green pepper omelette. Served with fresh fruit (cantaloupe, honeydew and pineapple), homefries, and toast. All their omelettes are made with 4 eggs. Surprisingly the potatoes were not salty like other breakfast places. Enjoyable. Pancakes - Pancakes were nice and fluffy buttermilk pancakes dusted with icing sugar and served with syrup. Simple and tasty! My first time there was a pleasant experience. I was happy with the overall atmosphere of the restaurant, the food and the great service from two really hard-working waitresses. Despite special allergy requests, they were so quick with service and accommodating. We all agreed that Panagios serves good quality food that is on par with other brunch options.

The baked beans were nice and warm to compliment your breakfast. I ordered the 3 eggs over easy with 3 sausages and 3 bacon. They actually serve 4 eggs which I assume they are using medium sized eggs. That's OK as the extra makes up for the smaller eggs. You get a choice of toast ( white, whole wheat or rye) along with shredded potato hashbrowns or home fries. My mother-in-law ordered the Western Omelet with ham and onion. She really enjoyed the dish and she managed to eat almost half of the dish. The coffee is bottomless and the service is very friendly. I suggest dressing up for the cold weather because you might have to lineup outside the restaurant. I don't think they take reservations and it's first come first serve.

Kid's menu was pretty standard, nothing extrodinary nor negative. The gordo's standard had great sunny side up eggs that somehow was able to fully cook all the white, but left the yolks just barely cooked. The sausage was good, but the bacon was huge, crispy, and had the best balance between crisp, with the chewy porky meat. What really surprised me was the hot beef. The beef was thick slices that were tender and huge portioned, and I loved how the bread was left under to soak up the juices from the beef....and to mop up the gravy. The veg which I expected to be just blanched and bland.....had a decent crunch, and really benfited from mixing from some HP sauce. Next time......pancakes with swirls.
