This place was my favorite in the neighborhood. Your coffee is great and I love your food, but your employee today behaved in an aggressive, humiliating way which made me reconsider.
COVID sucks and we're all on edge. That said, he crossed a line. I came in asking a simple question, and instead of answering he tells me to read the window, which I had, said it was unclear, asked for clarification.
You stated at me, barely reacting, a smirk on your face. You told me to read the window, over and over. I said why the window was unclear in as many ways as I could. How hard was it for you to simply respond? Yet you acted as if I was treating you like an idiot?! Are you kidding me? You literally asked me to leave, which I should've done.
So yeah I must have sounded impatient, what do you expect? You don't get to ask for politeness when you're treating people poorly. And you sure as hell don't get to tell them to "be nice".
Your barista came to help me and told you to chill out. You should listen to him; projecting your personal frustration on your customers leads nowhere good to your business, which again I've been a fan of for years.
PS: wear a mask. Nobody was wearing one here. read more
