The folks I spoke with were super nice and they got a rollback to me quickly. The driver, Robert, backed up my driveway and asked what was wrong. I replied that I thought it was flooded. He raised the hood, fiddled with the carburetor and said the choke was stuck which made me feel pretty dumb but grateful. I got in and started cranking the engine while he held the choke open and it finally started. Ran rough for a bit but smoothed out pretty quickly. I was fully expecting at least a "dry run" fee but he wouldn't have it! I offered him a $20 for his trouble which he declined. They saved me a tow fee AND a repair charge!!
