Well, Shane just walked away with another fistful of cash from me after completing another…read moreexceptional fence job. I'm not usually happy to hand over that much of my paycheck, but this is an investment that will last us for years. Great work, thoughtfully and artfully done. He'll be first on my call list when we're ready to go on to phase three (and beyond). I initially used Ferris Fencing about two years ago to replace all the old, rotted, wooden fence corners on our property with proper pounded, welded H-brace corners. Ferris found a couple days to squeeze our "little project" in between some bigger jobs and got the work done in a timely fashion, working with me to come up with solutions to problems we found along steeper portions of the property, and setting up a safe tie rail, too. Jarret's knowledge of horses and outside-the-box thinking left me with a pretty neat, safe setup. No surprise, then, that I called Ferris Fencing again as the old wooden front fence was on its last legs. We lined out what I was looking for, talked budget, and off they went. I had to leave town before they were finished, and realized there were some details we hadn't talked about. When I returned, I found the project complete, their team remembering details from the last project and simply carrying them through to this phase. They left the place darn near immaculate, leaving behind only skid steer tracks and a beautiful fence and front gate. REALLY nice work. Thanks, Shane, Jarret and Team. See ya next go 'round.

Since install 4 years ago, had to have them come multiple times to fix their mistakes. Very hard to reach (months at a time) and even went to their office, which is scary enough, due to how it's very disheveled. Very bad customer service and total lack of professionalism. Broken promises and excuses. Even a little argumentative. Finally, after a lot of back and forth, it seems everything is good now after their last fix (gutter run was over flowing off the side right in front of our doors, due to lack of a good angle/slope) Product is good when installed properly. *Improve Customer Service and Service*

I would not trust GBT sheet metal company because they don't take responsibility for their work…read more They installed gutters at our house less than year ago and one side fell off shortly after the storm. We reached out to them repeatedly if they would come out and look at it, and our requests were dismissed. I mean we did not expect free repair, which they probably should offer since their installation failed, but they would not even bother answering the phone let alone coming out to take a look. They don't take responsibility for the quality of their work. At this point we are unhappy with the quality and value of the service we have received.
