We decided to check out this dance studio since we saw they were teaching a Kpop class. Luckily…read morethey were teaching 2.0 by BTS and we were excited. This was our first time at the studio. There's plenty of parking, and the studio is on the smaller side, but nice (there's two dance rooms--one larger one and one smaller one). Since the Kpop class was so popular, there were a lot of people, but we were in the smaller room, since it sounded like there was another group training for some sort of performance. Once they left, we switched over to the larger room. Isabel teaches the Kpop classes and she was so friendly and encouraging. She was patient and great at breaking down the dance moves, while moving the class at an appropriate pace. It is a 1.5 hour class, so we finished all the moves with 15 minutes to break into dance groups (not exactly my favorite part, because my brain can't usually learn all the moves in the same class). Of note, they do record the group dances, but you can probably sit out if you want (I just stick around because of peer pressure and low key want to remember how I looked from when I started until mastering the dance). It's also nice that she will be kinda doing the dance on the side to guide you. There's no level listed on the class, so I'm assuming it's all levels. Based on being at other dance studios, I think 2.0 was more of an intermediate level class, but it was very doable! Overall, I really enjoyed my class with Isabel!

She also lets you request whatever kpop song you want to warm up to and is just a great teacher and dancer overall. It is a stress free class where it's ok to make mistakes. Classes are Tuesday nights 8-9:30pm and Saturdays 3:30-5pm. The dance changes every week. You do learn the whole dance in 1.5 hours so it's fast pace, but you don't need to be perfect. I just have fun and don't worry about getting it perfect. She does record it at the end but you don't have to be in the recording if you don't want to. I recommend you bring a water bottle. If you have trouble finding it, it is near Vinnie's Pizza.

What we experienced was the opposite. During the 4:30pm "Intro to Dance" class on 1/30/26, our child was separated from the group for ~ 15 minutes after a minor balance-related accident during a circle activity. From direct observation through the classroom window, she appeared shocked and not crying at first, but her distress began only after being pulled aside and instructed to sit alone. She remained isolated for the rest of the session, including routine end-of-class activities. When we attempted to discuss the situation afterward, the teacher characterized the incident as "intentional" without providing any factual explanation. Later written communication from studio owner denied that any isolation or disciplinary action had occurred, and also denied that the teacher had described the incident as "intentional." which directly conflicted with what we personally witnessed. We understand that toddlers lose balance and accidents happen. What is concerning is not the accident itself, but the lack of transparency, inconsistent accounts, and absence of clear behavioral management standards for very young children. We withdrew immediately. If you are looking for an environment that treats young children with dignity and values honest communication with parents, I suggest looking elsewhere.

We love it here!…read more Both of my daughters are enrolled in musical theater here. When I reached out the staff was super responsive (shoutout to Lauren). She helped me find the right class for them. We enrolled, my girls enjoyed it and even got this super cute welcome box. It made my girls day. There are so many classes. I recommend coming for a trial and taking a look at the lists. There's dance, singing, performing arts. The reality is there's something for everyone looking for performance based classes. They are attentive to the kids and so far this has been a fantastic experience. This place is located near Brentwood fine meats. Parking lot out front so easy access. The kids perform in studios and while you can't see inside you can watch them on zoom. I thought that was pretty creative. Highly recommend!

We decided to leave at the end of 2021 because the studio was still requiring masks & it was my personal choice to no longer mask my children at that point. We also felt like it was impersonal due to so many kids, teachers, & classes. The move was right for us at the time. Fast forward to my daughter being 7.5 & wanting to take more classes & possibly start competing, back to ECPAC we go! They were very receptive to having us back, there was clearly no hard feelings. Lauren at the front desk is always kind & helpful. I feel like I bother her with questions all the time! The email communication is great as well. We're happy with our decision to give ECPAC another try. It seems that they're always striving to improve which I appreciate. It's funny because one of the reasons we left (too many classes) is the main reason we returned!

I'm writing this review because I wish someone had warned me before we invested two years,…read morethousands of dollars, and so much emotional trust into an environment that ultimately felt controlling, reactive, and unforgiving. The performances may look polished on stage, but behind the scenes our experience ended in a way that broke my daughter's heart. Our family had been part of this dance studio for two years. My daughter loved dancing there, enjoyed the performances, and genuinely cared about the friendships she made. Unfortunately, our overall experience became increasingly stressful and ultimately traumatized two innocent kids. Communication at this studio was overwhelming and often unprofessional. The owner relied heavily on the BAND app and posted extremely long messages almost daily. Important information became buried under endless posts, making it difficult for busy working parents to keep up. If a parent asked a simple question, instead of giving a direct answer, screenshots of old posts would be sent back with red circles highlighting information. If responses were not immediate (even during work hours or overnight) follow-up messages would quickly appear asking why nobody had replied yet. There was also constant pressure to spend additional money beyond tuition. Between bonding events, merchandise, photos, private lessons for missed classes, food sales, hundred dollar bags, accessories, and other add-ons, it often felt like upselling never stopped. Despite working full time and later caring for sick grandparents, we always made sure our daughter attended class, practiced at home, participated in performances, paid tuition, supported fundraisers, and additional bonding events. Other dance parents helped us with carpooling during difficult family circumstances. Over time, small misunderstandings seemed to become personal issues with the owner. One example involved dance photos. I chose not to purchase a very expensive photo package sight unseen, but later viewed another parent's purchased photos to see the quality for future years. This resulted in angry phone calls accusing us of trying to "steal" photos, even though we were simply viewing a package that had already been purchased by another family. The situation became much worse after another family (close friends of ours) had a disagreement with the owner. Their son was suddenly removed from the studio. His mother later emailed asking if he could attend one final class simply to say goodbye to his friends and teachers. Because the kids normally carpooled together, he arrived at class with my daughter. Instead of handling the situation privately or compassionately, the child was turned away at the door and left waiting outside alone for a ride home. While this was happening, messages from the owner began appearing on my iPad questioning why he had been brought there. The child saw those messages himself while riding home. Before I even had the opportunity to respond after getting off work, the owner removed my daughter from the studio as well. Hours earlier, she had danced with everyone like normal. She was blindsided and devastated, crying for hours and not understanding how adults she trusted could suddenly cut her off without warning. No child should be placed in the middle of adult conflicts this way. Regardless of disagreements between parents and studio management, the children deserved kindness, professionalism, and compassion. Hours earlier she had been dancing, laughing, and participating like everything was normal. Then suddenly she was discarded. My daughter cried for hours. She could not understand how adults she trusted could smile at her one minute and remove her from everything the next. No conversation. No compassion. No chance to say goodbye to her teammates. Just gone. No child deserves to be put in the middle of adult conflict this way. I understand businesses have rules and boundaries, but there is a humane way to handle situations involving children. What happened to these kids was emotionally damaging and completely unnecessary. Parents considering this studio should understand that communication style, expectations, and conflict handling before committing financially and emotionally to an owner that does not ultimately have your child's best interest in mind.
