Bottomline, lock is installed and our place is secure. If anyone needs locksmith service, call Five Star Lock & Safe.

I did have to email a lot and give bad reviews in order to have the situation rectified However, simple solar did come back and fix the situation. The whole home energy audit still did not happen. However my electric company does that for $75 and when I informed simple solar they gave me $75 to have that done. I received my first year payment and a little extra compensation for all the trouble I went through to have this done. We discovered that other solar companies who claim to sell only US made products actually sold products that are inferior to Solar Solutions and their price was much higher. We contacted professionals in the solar department at our local power provider to discover that they too utilized Solar Solutions for the solar system on their own home. What more proof do you need than that? Seems like we do not need to try and recreate the wheel, just learn from the folks who already have. Big thanks to both Micah and James from Solar Solutions. Their presentation is no pressure, informative, and to the point. They are truly professionals. Both know their products and Solar. One other company who visited our home told us we would get an additional rebate if we signed the agreement that night. Their price was $18,000 higher than Solar Solutions and we would receive a $2,700 rebate. Do not fall for this sales tactic!!! Solar Solutions will not do this to you. They give you their best price right up front and allow you time to make a decision of Solar is right for you. Solar Solutions is a great company to do business with. Our installation was completed timely and looks great. Our Solar Solution Panels make our home look better. Go with this company
