Beyond upset with Discount Tire in Wilson,NC…read more I went today to have my new rims and tires installed and was turned away empty handed . I placed my order on 9/6/25 and payed my bill in full $1991.00 and was assured my new rims would be here in a week . It is now 9/29/25 and their counter person couldn't even find my order in their system. When I produced the paid receipt he went and looked finding nothing . Finally I see Quinn the counter person I placed the order with he tried to con me into a different set of rims . I stated I want what I ordered in the first place . I requested that they have them overnighted because it was totally their screw up . I was told they can't do that . So now I have to wait until they come in MAYBE Friday but probably Monday or Tuesday of next week . That timeframe is bad since I fly out Sunday for a 3 week work trip . I was actually expecting a reasonably decent job as several folks told me that it was large enough and across enough different textures that it would never look new again. I am telling y'all that this team completely and totally exceeded my expectations. It took several moments of very close inspection, and I had to put my glasses on, and I still had a difficult time identifying what was worked on. These guys are AMAZING! Additionally, it was done in less than two hours from the time I arrived. I hope I do not need them again but if I do, there is no doubt who will get the business. Thanks guys!!

I had my car serviced here last Wednesday. On Friday my check engine light came on. I went to the…read morelocation only to realize they close on Friday afternoons. As I was leaving for a trip I did not want to ignore it. I stopped at another quickie place to see what was the problem. I messaged the owner on messenger. He called me within 10 minutes. After discussing the issue he sent a Jonathan Paim (who was off) to me. He brought a precious little man with him. He diagnosed my problem, went in the quickie place, purchased what he needed to fix the issue and did so on the spot. I waited in the care and was reading a book. I couldn't help but hear him explain to the little boy what he was doing and how to fix it. Jonathan used it as a teaching tool. I apologized to Benjamin for messing up his afternoon. He said it was not a problem. He had very sweet manners. My depart time was delayed but it was a pleasure to see a business and their staff stand behind their customers. It was also refreshing to see children with manners.
