The woman that works the Canada Post counter is always super helpful. She always takes the time to explain my options, is kind, smiles and engages my children in friendly conversation. Not only that, I always feel I'm treated fairly. The shipping cost came in considerably less that the other shipping outlet I had to walk out on and the package weight at Canada Post was the same as the weight I got on my own scale at home which was also much less than the other courier where the weight came in higher. I will definitely continue to come here for all of my shipping. The excellent and friendly service makes a huge difference. :)

I went in looking for a common itch/burn cream for my (healed) skin graft donor site because I CANNOT sleep well due to the itchiness. The pharmacist said he seriously could not help me because he didn't know anything about skin grafts. I showed him the almost healed site and explained I normally put vaseline or lotion on it and it's basically just like road rash, that the doctors have okayed it for anything ("treat it like normal skin")- and that my dad used burn cream on his skin grafts to stop the itching. He just insisted he couldn't help. My boyfriend wasn't too pleased with him but I tried to understand that perhaps the pharmacist just felt uncomfortable. Other times I've gone to put prescriptions in I'm given an ETA for pickup and it isnt quite ready. Not always, but certainly a few times. Otherwise, I love the little post office there. Straight forward, easily accessible. The rest of the store is all right, gets you what you need especially if you're stopping in after grocery store hours.
