Their tag line on their IG page says, we ship anywhere you are. Which is really ironic here. The entire process was very unprofessional. No one including the finance manager can do anything without the owner's approval. It felt like I was in middle school again with dad's approval. I feel a dealership not wanting to do business out of state is very outdated. Why have a website or online presence?? I lost the ability to buy other trucks during the process too. I can't express what a bad experience I had. I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. Unless you want to get jerked around by incompetence.

I recently purchased a 2019 Mustang GT 5.0 from Hunt Ford in Franklin, KY. I live in northern Ohio…read moreso it was about an 8-hour drive but it was totally worth the trip. Hunt Ford gave me a much better deal than all of the other dealerships I called (local and long distance), and the service was 5-star. I had a late-model trade in that was in showroom condition with low miles and wanted top dollar for it. All of the other dealerships were low-balling and, on top of that, their dealer discounts were nothing great. After weeks of searching and calling dealerships, I found the exact Mustang I wanted on cars.com and it was at Hunt Ford, so I called and spoke with salesman Austin Sterchi. After some negotiating, Austin was able to offer me a very generous dealer discount and an acceptable amount for my trade. I drove down a few days later and everything went very smoothly. The vehicle was in perfect condition, and Austin honored the deal we had made on the phone, which he followed up in writing in an email. The whole transaction was as stress-free as it gets. I was due a check for the equity in my trade, which Hunt Ford mailed promptly. They also sent all of the paperwork to my local title bureau in a timely manner. Thanks again to Austin and to Hunt Ford for a 5-star experience.

I returned forgot my garage door opener and had to come back. Just know they are busy and to be patient if using this location.
