When I went to my initial visit the staff was professional, attentive, prompt and thorough with getting all my information and promptly putting it on the portal. Dr Pillow is the best doctors I have ever been to & remember I am 75! Dr Pillow is detailed, professional, personable, compassionate, listens, remembers and promptly posts the information to your portal. When I was admitted to Waterman hospital on surgery day I was well prepared with handouts, web pages for additional information from Dr Pillow & his staff to make this an easy experience. The entire hospital stay from entrance to operation to hospital care to exit was a constant experience of everyone there about the reputation of Dr Pillow. They had babies delivered by him, procedures from him or their relatives or dear friends, it went on & on how wonderful he was. What a comfort when you are headed to the operating room, cared for and ... Oh my he did an excellent surgery. I say .. why did I wait so long .. well the reason was I needed to find someone I trusted. Dr Pillow & his staff was my find and well worth the wait. I am home and feeling only tired sometimes & definitely on mend & feeling better each day. I am thankful for this practice. Before I retired, our saying was "The shadow of a leader" which reflected the staff and work ethics from their management team. Dr Pillow is the Shadow of a fabulous leader, and it shows wherever he goes. I was a Sr Project Manager so detail, high standards and ethics were a must. However, when I called, the lady answering started the call already with a tone and did not seem very helpful in acknowledging there was an issue. After searching around other sites for reviews, I could see that this office has a bad reputation. Doctor Pillow, I'm sure you're busy but you need to get a handle on that staff based on these reviews.

Absolutely will NOT visit him again. I was anxious to get some help and find some answers, and was completely blown off. 90% of the staff I met was no joy, either... the only reason I gave two stars was because Renoso's nurse was a JOY. She was the only kind person I came across in my visit. Unfortunately, that's not enough to make up for the rest of the rude staff and doctor.

The front desk ladies are oh so nice and conversational... my midwives are so friendly and understanding... they have an excellent billing agent, so any insurance weirdness I had from my old state she was able to figure out which was amazing. 100% if you want a birth center, choose here. I give birth in 2 weeks (or more, or less) and I owe my sense of calm about it to TOL! I can't wait to give birth here!

I am new to the area, and out of all the doctors and midwives I had talked to, this place was definitely my favorite! They listened to my concerns, helped me with my birth plan, and really let me be in control over all my options and decisions. They helped guide and prep me for the natural unmedicated birth that I wanted, and gave me plenty of information to take home and look over. Pregnancy and delivery can be an overwhelming experience, but they made it so much easier. When it came to delivery, I wouldn't have been able to follow through with my birth plan without them. They kept me going when I felt like giving up, and they made sure that they did all they could to keep me and the baby healthy. I am forever grateful for their hard work and patience

The whole staff was fantastic but we want to especially give a Special thank you & recognition to Nurses Robyn & Colleen!! Both super special women! They were informative, kind, patient, encouraging & alwaysssss available through the process. Together we were a TEAM- we are forever grateful for the love they showed during my daughters 2 & 1/2 days of labor. The hospital is clean, lots of birthing options, kind & respectful nurses who put YOUR needs first & never try to push anything on you that's not in your plan. I had to go through 2 years of IVF and when I came back I was labeled high risk. They then advised 25-30+ ultrasounds! I declined ONE ultrasound and was discharged from being a patient. Dr. Texier didn't even seen me once and didn't have the courage to call me. The PA said it's Dr. Texier way or the highway and there is no questioning her authority. I am devastated bc I thought they cared about me. If you question anything or want more time to decide they will drop you at your most vulnerable time. DO START CARE HERE.

I didn't find anyone at the OB's office who cared as much about me as she did, so I came to Winter Garden OBGYN just in time to find out I was expecting my first kid. I can't say enough good things about both Dr. Texier and Dr. Elms. They both were very perceptive to me throughout my pregnancy and answered all my questions thoroughly. Dr. Texier delivered my baby girl, and I don't think it would have gone as smoothly but for Dr. Texier's very clear instructions. Thank you so much, Dr. Texier! Their staff are also just as caring. Special thanks to Lily, who was always a friendly face and walked me through the process whenever something was being done. Tammy, the office manager, also helped adjust my office visits to fit my schedule, as well as addressed a clinical issue I had during a blood draw. The office itself is gorgeous and physically appealing. It makes sense since the building itself is also brand new. In between the visits I kept getting calls (2) from the staff to ask if I got the blood work done. I was confused as one of their nurse staff drew my blood and said yes. nurse just said "ok I'll figure it out." I come to my appt for the front desk lady to tell me there are no results to review?... and they can give me orders to get them done elsewhere. So they billed for a service and lost the blood. on top of that, I have a primary and secondary that will pick up my deductible they tried to charge me over $200 for my ultrasound. Somethings not right. Potential fraud?...

A friend receives services at Women's Care Florida and Emily came highly recommended so that is who I scheduled with. Emily took my whole medical status into account and was incredibly warm and kind. I have never in my life had a doctor/patient interaction filled with such empathy. Emily is smart, proactive, offers excellent patient education, and she seeks out guidance/second opinions from her Women's Care Florida colleagues as needed.
